The breakfast very disappointing. There was no choice at all since everything was brought to the table already prepared. An overcooked omelet, a small spoonful of black refried beans and some jello. Also a piece of a biscuit. The coffee was not good at all.
There was no hot water in our shower.

La tele nunca la pude usar porque no funcionaba el control, el clima no enfriaba adecuadamente y había cucarachas por el cuarto

La habitación estaba sucia, alberca sucia fletaron pelos y basura en la agua. Soy un cliente frecuente pero la calidad de servicio es cada vez peor.
Agua en la ducha esta goteando toda la noche y dia y no se puede dormir.

El cuarto los colchones de la cama muy viejo
El colchón me hizo una erida en la pierna que reporte en la recepción
la ubicacion inmejorable, es un oasis enmedio de la ciudad todo queda cerca, no pudimos usar la alberca pero se veia increible lugar apacible, sin ruido, desayuno suficiente, muy rico,
las camas serian un tema a mejorar y almohadas, el descanso no fue del todo pero sin embargo se siente seguro el ambiente para estar

Le complexe est aéré, avec un grand patio et une piscine.
La chambre est également bien, spacieuse et propre!
La piscine n'est pas correctement nettoyée, c'est limite.
Le petit déjeuner est imposé et moyen.
Le personnel n'est pas très enjoué... c'est dommage.
L'isolation phonique des chambres est inexistante, mais c'est courant au Mexique.
