Pros:

Comfortable. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Smoking room was allotted even after booked non smoking room was requested. Later staff helped in changing room.

大分駅から近く、朝食が美味しいホテルでした。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。大分の郷土料理を食べれたのが嬉しかったです。とり天やだんご汁もありました！

Cons:

部屋の壁のクロスが剥がれかかって膨らんでいたり、バストイレの設備が古かったのが気になりました。

Cons:

浴室換気扇
スイッチは入っている（赤ランプが点灯）と思いましたが、なかなかガラスの曇りが取れなかったり湿気が取れず、困りました

エコプランで満足です
Pros:

エコプランでコストを抑えられた。ロケーションも良くて便利だった。

Cons:

ランドリーの洗濯機の排水が洗濯パンから溢れそうになっていた。部屋の壁クロスの剥がれやカーペットのシミがあって内装の劣化は否めないが清掃が行き届いていて問題ない。
