I had high expectations

Lake of facilities e.g we had small suger for 2 guests in our room

No iron in our room

The receptionist in the restaurant made me feel uncomfortable, their look as a group was very bad for as a result I didn’t enjoy my food.

Overall the stay was good.
Pros:

I enjoyed going to gym with a beach view, that was highlight of my mornings. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff. Oh my first day had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the buffet was delicious.

Cons:

My room had a sewage smell 1019 that used to come and go.

Meets expectations
Pros:

Perfect location if you need to attend a conference at the adjacent venue. Large room. Good shower. Nice ocean view.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and could be cleaner. My room key didn’t work on repeat occasions. The area around the hotel feels like downtown.
