No sit down breakfast. Coffee in lobby “store” was not good. Window in room was not clean on the outside so view was obscured.

This was a great one-night stay — spacious lobby, busy and fun bar scene, great restaurant, modern and comfortable room, and so convenient for air travel. Highly recommended!!
Everything felt very dirty and not well taken care.
Staff was not friendly nor helpful.
I was in town for a graduation and arrived to the hotel by 830am. To my astonishment and great pleasure, I was able to check into my hotel at that time. Doing so, afforded me the ability to nap and rest before the weekend's events!
My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a view of the street.
I did not use any of the hotel's services; but when I did engage with staff, they were friendly, courteous, and prompt.
I didn't need to use the parking services because I was able to get on/off the Skytrain with no problems. I would stay here again.
Cell reception non existent in my hotel room. (Phone says sos despite thirty minutes troubleshooting). I have a strong wireless carrier and literally got a new phone this week. Front desk was not helpful with this (they were nice otherwise though) I paid 250 for this room so I expect excellence. Also walls are thin and can hear people next door.
The location is great if you have a morning flight. But I wouldn’t book here if I needed to get work done…which is unacceptable for a conference center next to the the busiest airport in the world.

Room was clean and the climate control worked well. Was told at check in (about 5:30 pm) that the restaurant was closed due to a large wedding event (not sure why that would cause a restaurant to close), but the front desk clerk did give us access to the exec lounge. The food in the lounge was better than expected and we were able to have a full meal (which helped to cover the cost of one night of valet parking at $52!)
The toilet valve made a whistling noise. The coffee maker in the room did not work and we had to contact front desk to get a replacement, all at 4:00 am since the executive lounge did not open until 6:30 am. Then I had to wait over 40 minutes for my vehicle to be retrieved (after calling the front desk to have it retrieved ahead of my exit from the room) from the valet parking because the valet didn't realize it was parked across the street at another hotel. He sat at the parking lot gate waiting for someone from the other hotel to let him out (over 15 minutes). I finally walked over to the truck with my bag and got in the truck at the other hotel. Ridiculously long wait!
