Pros:

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Pico ist traumhaft schön und das Pool ist auch toll. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und einen Mitarbeiter an der Bar haben wir auch als extrem freundlich empfunden.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr genervt und schlecht gelaunt. Im Frühstücksraum ist es extrem kalt und klimatisiert.

Hôtel correct
Pros:

Hôtel 4* très bien placé pour visiter l'île de Faial et déambuler dans Horta et Porto Pim.
Beaux jardins et terrasse avec piscine avec vue sur l'île de Pico.
Chambre spacieuse. Bonne literie.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant qui demanderait une sérieuse rénovation. Sanitaires dégradés.
Ménage de la chambre effectué à 17h.
Manque de compétence chez certains membres du personnel.
Buffet systématique le soir au restaurant.
4 étoiles non justifiées.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait ainsi que la vue sur le port (pour les chambres ayant vue sur océan). Les équipements sont très bien, notamment la piscine. Le personnel est souriant et serviable.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The check-in process was absolutely ridiculous. The staff were extremely adamant that every single person in our group provide identification, even though one individual did not have any ID with them.
To make matters worse, they gave us a hard time when three members of our group provided valid California driver’s licenses. Despite having legitimate government-issued identification, they insisted that we provide passports instead. Which we didn’t have.

I’ve stayed at other hotels on Faial, and the check-in process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Verder prima en prachtige locatie maar nodig aan een opknapbeurt

De ligging is perfect

Cons:

Oude glorie, veel verouderd en zichtbaar verval. Donkere gangen, klemmende deuren, versleten laminaat, vochtvlekken etc

Os quartos são bons e os funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos

Cons:

O pequeno almoço deixa a desejar. A sua qualidade não está de acordo com a qualidade do alojamento. Máquina de café avariada. Só uma funcionava para servir os hóspedes todos. O que ficava em falta demorava muito a ser reposto.

Lage ist optimal, Pool ist okay.

Cons:

Der Service war teilweise mäßig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat es aus der Klimaanlage oft richtig gestunken. Beim Frühstück wurde oft nicht nachgefüllt.

Las piscinas, el entorno del hotel y tener opcion a usar el gimnasio

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen unos enchufes mal combinados y que permutan sin sentido. Se apaga uno y se desconectan los enchufes de un lado de la cama... Falta de renovación del sistema eléctrico.

Pros:

Mieliśmy pokój z najpiękniejszym widokiem - na Pico, ale nie każdy pokój w tym olbrzymim kompleksie może mieć taki widok.
Pokój duży , wygodny. Miły i pomocny personel, mogliśmy wcześniej zameldować się i zostawić bagaż.

Cons:

Trochę mała sala śniadaniowa jak na tę ilość gości.

Das Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es hat sehr muffig gerochen. Das Frühstück war mäßig und das Personal war auch nicht so bemüht und freundlich, im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels auf den Azoren.
