Wonderful pool and location.
Pros:

The pool is absolutely wonderful and the location is perfect. Large rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons:

We had two rooms and in one of them the air conditioning seemed to only work partially.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt in Horta aber doch sehr ruhig. Poolbereich war schön hergerichtet, mit einer kleinen Poolbar, die sogar eine vegane Speise hatte. Staff war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer und Hotel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Armaturen im Bad. Spiegel war bereits angerostet. Zimmer und Bad waren zwar gereinigt allerdings war in den Fugen bei der Badewanne bereits schwarzer Schmutz, der nicht mehr wegzubekommen war anscheinend. Generell für Preis und 4-Sterne etwas dürftig.

Tolle Lage, Poolanlage

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel- Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden- dort auch immer schlechter Geruch. Schwimmbad sehr chlorhaltig.
Frühstücksbüffet nicht sehr ansprechend.

Pros:

Gostámos do PA, piscina, atendimento na piscina e respetivas refeições na piscina.

Cons:

Não gostei de ter pago dois quartos na primeira noite.
Não gostei do atendimento no check in. Não gostei de só ter toalhas para uma pessoa, num dos quartos.
Não gostei das casas de banho, por serem antigas e com banheira.
Não gostei da última limpeza do quarto, com camas extremamente mal feitas, sem reposição das bolachas e a casa de banho tinha um cheiro intenso a lixívia.

Foi boa. Tenha atenção para o café da manhã . Dependendo do horário vc não consegue pegar nada de bom. Não há reposição

O quarto tem um bom tamanho. É um hotel antigo. O banheiro possui banheira com cortina de plástico. Acho complicado para pessoas de mais idade ou que tenham alguma dificuldade de locomoção. O secador é bem fraco, muito antigo.

Cons:

Não gostei do banheiro. Como disse anteriormente, a banheira possui cortina de plástico e, por ser banheira, dificulta o acesso para pessoas idosas ou com algum tipo de problemas de locomoção.

מבנה ישן, החדרים לא אסתטיים והמרצפות ישנות. החדרים מאד רחוקים מהקבלה .צ׳ק אין היה ארוך מאד עם תור גדול ולא היה מספיק צוות לקבל את כל ומעייף. קבלת פנים דלה .

L’hôtel est bien localisé et a du potentiel mais manque d’entretien et de personnel.

My fourth stay and I will stay again!

Location especially. The proximity to town is a huge plus. The view from the pool and breakfast room is unsurpassed. The room was very comfortable and clean. The towels were top notch!
