Würde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Unser Flug wurde wegen Nebel gestrichen.
Sind dann aus gleichem Grund noch 2 Tage geblieben.
Eigentlich schöner Ausblick. Waren bestens versorgt. Liebe Mitarbeiter. Bequeme Betten.
Das Frühstück war auch ganz OK.

4 stelle splendido, totalmente riservato con due piscine, spa, colazione a buffet e camere vista mare. Personale molto gentile, letti comodissimi e camere spaziose. A meno di due minuti dal lungo mare. Consigliato.

Cons:

L'asciugacapelli è a dir poco datato, nei rubinetti non ci sono i miscelatori ma le due manopole caldo freddo.

niets. Het is wel erg druk tijdens het ontbijt. Hou je daar niet van, dan is dit hotel geen geschikte locatie

Definitely overpriced. Wouldn't stay there again for that price.

The location and view is very good. The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok.

Cons:

All facilities are very old and outdated. The price does not correspond to the services and facilities provided. We asked to book a taxi and they said we didn't need to do it in advance and then we needed the taxi it wasn't available at the time we needed it. To say that it is compulsory to use a hair cap for the spa only when you check in and then sell it at reception for 3 euros is also a bit of a rip off, given it is a resort. There was no coffee or coffee machine in the room and the hair dryer was very old and weak.

Schöne grosse und saubere Zimmer und ein vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Pros:

Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Räume sind gut isolliert.

Cons:

Das Personal war stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das Frühstück war wunderbar gut und reichhaltig. Wenn ich nochmals auf die Insel Faial komme, werde ich wieder das gleiche Hotel wählen.

Wir haben uns im Azoris wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe des Hafens und des Dorfes. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis Parkplätze stehen rund um das Hotel zu Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer vorallem in den Pensionen, sind in die Jahre gekommen und könten für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Celkove bych tento pobyt hodnotila velmi kladne.
Pros:

Velmi prijemny a napomocny personal. Hotel byl celkově velmi hezky, cisty a dobre umisten.

Cons:

V ubytovaní byla uz strasi koupelna, nova vana a klika od dveri do koupelny by nebyly na skodu.
