No sleep at nights
Pros:

The place is okay, nice views.

Cons:

1. We expected there would be 2 swimming pools, outdoor pool was a reason why we have chosen this hotel. However, upon arrival we discovered that the season is over and it's closed.
2. When there was a raining we got also raining inside a room (picture attached). Is it a level of 4star hotel?
3. The most important: we came with family for having a nice calm place on the mountain with the nice air and views. My son came to this place for sport activities. However, out of 5 hotel nights, 3 nights were completely destroyed - there were some conferences with music until midnight and later the attendees of the conferences were screaming 😱 and singing (at least until 2-3am). My son was unable to sleep and didn't have enough rest for his important event... it was really a survey...

Limpieza bien, ubicación bien. Habitaciones correctas.

Cons:

Parking justo para la ubicación dónde está, puesto que no hay nada más alrededor y estaba muy lleno. Había varios grupos de campus de deporte y una noche no abrieron el bar porque no daban a basto para atender, con lo que la opción que ofrecían era sólo cenar en el buffet. Un hotel de 4* debería estar preparado para dar los servicios de los que disponen independientemente de la ocupación que tenga.

Do not spend money for the mountain view upgrade because there are trees covering the view

En las habitaciones standar no es posible que haya ducha. Para las personas mayores es dificil entrar y salir de la bañera, ademas cuando estaba mojada resbalaba mucho.

És un molt bon lloc per desconnectar i gaudir del silenci i relax. El personal molt amable, atent i empàtic. Un entorn molt agradable i aparcament sense problema cap dia.
Molt destacable el buffet; jo no en sóc amant, m'agrada escollir carta i no tenir que barallar-me per un tall de xai, però encara que no és extens en varietat si està força ben escollit i la majoria de productes són de bona qualitat i molt ben cuinats. Molt bon equip de cuina i sala.
Em va sorprendre positivament el servei de restaurant!

Cons:

Les instal·lacions necessiten una posada al dia en general, tots els serveis funcionen i estan molt bé, però es nota el pas del temps i caldria manteniment en varies zones de l'edifici principal. No resta comoditat, però li va tocant ja una mica de rehabilitació a algunes façanes.

Peor de lo que aparenta
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y variado, el horario de la piscina interior bastante extenso y el agua de cortesía en la habitación.

Cons:

El precio del spa (de viernes a sábado sube 5€ más porque sí, pasa de 25 a 30€ sin cambiar nada) y solo puedes estar 1h. El restaurante buffet (noche) me parece carísimo para lo que ofrece (29€ con bebida aparte). Es mejor opción el gastrobar, pero el sábado no tenia disponible la carta, por lo que tuvimos que ir a otro restaurante por ahí cerca (no había mucha opción sin tener que coger el coche). Cogí el hotel porque entre las características indicaba "insonorizado" porque queríamos descansar, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, se escuchaba gente discutir en la calle, los niños correteando por la habitación o pasillo, la voz de la gente de la habitación de al lado... El aire acondicionado también hacía ruido. El hotel en sí está bastante descuidado, tienen que hacerle puesta a punto tanto en el exterior como en el interior y modernizarlo un poco. La limpieza de la habitación, bastante justa. La bañera tenía pelos de los anteriores huéspedes y la moqueta del suelo estaba más sucia que limpia. Los champús/geles de ducha nos producía picor a mi pareja y a mí. La piscina exterior está muy mal indicada y tienes que dar una vuelta por fuera del hotel (es más bien compartida). El billar estaba fuera de servicio.

Em estat a la suit i molt espeios i confortable.Tot el recinte ens ha encantat els servei molt amable

El que no ens va agradar es que el sopar no ens van avisar i ens van possar al restaurant a la carta i vem esperar moltíssima estona per poc personal els cambrers no podien amb tanta gent per no possar més personal va ser un caos i sensa avisar
