Pros:

Café da manhã e jantar excelentes! Todas as refeições que experimentamos no restaurante estavam muito saborosas e bem preparadas. Os preços são justos pela qualidade oferecida. O ambiente é sensacional, cercado por muita natureza e proporcionando uma experiência única com a presença de araras, tucanos e coelhos. Um lugar agradável para relaxar e aproveitar bons momentos. Com certeza voltaremos!

Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que aumentar a quantidade de garçons poderia tornar o atendimento ainda mais ágil, especialmente nos horários de maior movimento.

As Piscinas pensei que eram aquecidas, mas não eram. Chegaram a afirmar que eram. O quarto luxo bem decepcionante, banheiro e piso que mesmo com a limpeza diaria ficava com areia., pedi cama extra e não colocaram. A comida razoável, enchia os olhos, principalmente doces, mas nao era saborosa.. Vim de outro resort e fui bem melhor atendida lá. Fiquei decepcionada, esperava mais.

Serrambi é um lugar maravilhoso. tudo muito lindoe o que mais chama atenção é o respeito com a natureza. Adorei os coelhinhos , tucano e araras. Enfim nenhum ponto negativo. Quero voltar muitas vezes.
