THE location in town
Pros:

It was perfect, with a special mention for the location in the middle of the old town, the restaurant and the breakfast, the quietness of the venue despite of its central location, and the quality of the bedding.
Be careful if you drive to the hotel, since there is no parking facilities in the hotel

Cons:

A tiny smile at the reception would have been a huge plus

Hotel di fascino
Pros:

Prenotando con largo anticipo ho goduto di un'ottima tariffa per un hotel in un edificio art noveau in posizione centralissima. Ottima la colazione anche se io avrei variato i prodotti ds un giorno all'altro. Camera bella, ampia e pulita.Hotel di fascino.

Cons:

Se devo fare un appunto c'è stato un giorno (su quattro) in cui la camera non è stata rifatta bene. Un pochino più di sorrisi da parte del personale no guasterebbero anche in 3 hotel su 3 dove sono stato nei paesi baltici la situazione è la stessa. Preciso che questi sono dettagli di poco rilievo.

Für uns die beste Adresse in Riga!
Pros:

TOP Hotel mit Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Sehr geräumige Suite, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Das Bad mit viel Ablagen und Aufhängungen, Badewanne mit Glasabtrennung. Sehr gutes Buffet zum Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und fixes Personal. Die Altstadt liegt einem vor den Füßen. Wenn man sich aus dem Fenster lehnt, ist man mitten drin oder schaut auf den Dom. Besser geht es nicht!

Dieses Hotel ist ein absolutes Highlight! Wir kommen wieder - versprochen!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war perfekt. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und des Zimmers war großartig.

Certainly one of the better places I’ve stayed at in my travels.
Pros:

Location excellent. Spacious and spotless room. The breakfast staff were exceptional, very friendly and made sure all was perfect.

유명한 아르누보의 건물에 머물러서 아름다운 시간. 내부인테리어도 직원들의 세심함도 음식도 모두 건물의 유명세에 못지 않아요. 다시와도 이곳 뿐!

Lokatie is heel centraal, perfect!

the awareness of the hotels team

Cons:

To make a stay comfortable many persons work behind the curtains. To honor them, we sre used to donate a a certain mount at the end of a stay. However, we realised a rumor in different teams of the hotel, that the final tips probably haven't be shared equally between the different service branches.

Άριστο με αστέρι Michelin
Pros:

Πρώτη φορά μένω σε ξενοδοχείο που κάθε φορά που έβγαινα έξω έβλεπα ένα σωρό τουρίστες να το φωτογραφίζουν. Ήταν ακριβώς πίσω από το Δημαρχείο και δύο λεπτά από τον καθεδρικό ναό. Το εστιατόριο πήρε φέτος αστέρι Michelin, ό,τι να πω είναι λίγο. Το πρωινό άριστο και άλλαζε καθημερινά. Καθαριότητα άψογη. Και τιμή ασυναγώνιστη για όσα παρέχει. Χίλια μπράβο στους ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό. Μακάρι να συνεχίσουν έτσι.

Cons:

Θα ήθελα αντί για δύο μονά κρεβάτια να είχα ένα διπλό για περισσότερη άνεση, αλλά αυτό είναι λεπτομέρεια.
