El personal era atento y muy profesional. En términos generales todo estaba bien

Cons:

Pocas hamacas para tantas habitaciones...
Cada vez que bajábamos a la piscina ya estaba todo ocupado con toallas y sin gente en ellas..
No había lugar para poder disfrutar de la piscina ninguno de los dias de nuestra estancia

Greta value for money, stay was lovely and staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The variety of food could have been better, it was similar each night and if I was staying for longer I would want more variety. Also 2 out of 3 lifts not working and there was never anyone around attempting any repairs

Cons:

Camas incómodas y hacían ruido.
Faltaban hamacas y había gente esperando a que se desocuparan para poder hacer uso de la piscina.
En el.buffet trajeron una tarta de manzana recién puesta delante mía y le hice saber a esa persona que la tarta estaba tan congelada que no se podía partir y en vez de retirarla y esperar a servirla cuando se descongele, allí la dejó y la gente intentando partirla y se iban. No sé cómo advirtiendoselo , no la retiró, le daba igual.
De los 2 ascensores sólo funcionaba uno.

Destacar el trato del personal ... Sobre todo la Sra: Marta nos atendio maravillosamente.
El personal muy simpatico y muy correcto..
La piscina genial .. y la ubicacion perfecta.

El personal muy agradable y atento. Lo único que se salva del hotel. La piscina está bien. Buena ubicación, es tranquilo.

Cons:

Un hotel anticuado y abandonado. Las habitaciones huelen mal, tuvimos que pedir que cambiasen las camas el primer día. El buffet es muy flojo para un 4 estrellas, muy poca variedad y tardan en reponer. La animación consiste en una sola persona 5 días a la semana, sin nada domingos y lunes, y tampoco se esfuerza demasiado. Además, los shows empiezan a las 21, mientras estábamos cenando, terrible. La piscina la cierran a las 18, con todo el sol aun arriba. Los ascensores estaban todos rotos, teníamos que usar el del personal, que estaba muy sucio, como es normal. A veces teníamos que ir 10 pisos por las escaleras...

Una de las camas de mi habitación tenía ruedas y se alojó una persona con poca movilidad. Las ruedas hicieron que la cama se moviera.faltaban hamacas en la piscina

Pros:

El trato del personal, no me habian tratado tan bien en ningún hotel

Cons:

De la habitación, la nevera no enfriaba, la bañera al ducharse los del piso de arriba nos goteaba el techo y la habitación nos olía muchísimo a sumideros.
Del buffet lo único "malo" que tendría que decir es que en el almuerzo es más flojito.
