He repetido muchas veces porque se está genial y con un personal cercano, eficaz y amable.

¡Repetimos estancia! Cabe destacar la atención del personal, desde Angie en la recepción que fue la que nos recibió (también nos hizo el check in la vez anterior), como el personal de hostelería, tanto en los bares como en el comedor. Un servicio EXCEPCIONAL. La comida era muy rica, sabrosa, y había de todo (carne, pescado, pastas, arroces, fruta, postres...). El servicio de animación del miércoles estuvo genial (terminar cantando un karaoke gracias al dj fue maravilloso). A pesar de tener que salir a trabajar durante mi estancia... ¡¡Sin duda, repetiremos!! Estamos encantados con el alojamiento.

One thing I will say is please dont be put off by the bad reviews. Booked a week here for me and the hubby and we have had the best time. The staff have been amazing the hotel is nice and clean and so is the pool. 2 Diffrent bars throughout the day and evening. Now food although we found it very tasty it gets a bit repetitive with fish but there was other things on. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss its an adults only hotel so I think that could be better. The pool is lovely but I will say it could do with some more up to date sun beds 3 broke while we where there. The outside patio for the Evening bar lovely chilled vibe but needs more seating outside. The rooms are a bit dated they really could do with a makeover but again who is staying in their room all day. The zoo is about a 15 min walk away and worth it. All in all it was a nice place just needs an update.

Right let's get negative stuff out off way first cleanest especially in restaurant is probably one worse I've ever seen plate's and cups still have dirty marks around cups and plates after they meant to be clean food was basically the same everyday and one day I saw fly flying around food not good look and I couldn't leave your food on table too get something for afters like ice cream because if U did like done couple times when U got back they already cleaned your table Chuck your food away when I've not started my too eat my food 😆 . I had cockroach in my bathroom and dead insect in my bed when I woke up next day . but it's not all bad staff were always friendly one day I had get my clothes clean they did great job especially my hoodie that have pink stain on it how they got that out I will never know but they did top mark's for that . there entertainment was not bad most nights and all inclusive drinks was very good where U could have any drink from early too 11pm then U had start paying .

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada y unas impresionantes vistas al Teide, sin duda uno de sus principales atractivos. El entorno y las vistas hacen que el establecimiento tenga un gran potencial, además de su ubicación céntrica muy cerca de la playa y a 8 minutos en coche del Lago Martínez.

Nos gustó todo. Todo el personal fue un encanto, recepción, limpieza, cocina... en todo momento. El buffet buenisimo todo. La piscina de agua salada de 10. La foto es la vista de la habitacion.

Excelente hotel muy Buena la comida y los cocineros muy atentos como SERGIO el fue excelente persona con nosotros, los camareros muy simpaticos como Yausi, Jesus,Exposito, Omar, Carlito,Elena Miguel y Los señores de gafas que nos atendieron muy bien me Encanto el personal de limpieza la habitation impeccable. El personal de la reception muy encantadores y atentos en todo. Muchas gracias por todo vuestro trabajo y volveremos pronto.
