Pros:

El personal era muy bueno, desde la chica de la limpieza de la planta 9 rubia que era marítima, la chica joven de recepción muy atenta atenta también y el chico de la piscina que era muy majo y animaba la estancia de la piscina siempre. Que sea 24 horas es genial y esta muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Que los ascensores nunca funcionaban, el hecho de esperar hasta 10 minutos para coger un ascensor era horroroso, habia que usar el de servicio, la gente de limpieza y mantenimiento lógicamente tenían que usarlo, y a veces eran un poco bordes.. la mayoría muy majas pero alguna... las tumbonas de la piscina y la esponja que un hotel 4 estrellas tengan esa pésima calidad y encima las esponjas estén destrozadas no suma puntos. Que repetiría? Probablemente no.

Deplorable , instalaciones y estancias en muy mal estado, rotas sucias

Una estafa,no refleja para nada las 4*,es una calidad pésima. Instalaciones muy sucias,colchones,camas y sábanas rotas, tarima rota y sucia, baños con menaje obsoleto y poco cuidado, bañera sucia, comida corriente de baja calidad, ascensores que no fueron en una semana de estancia, aire acondicionado que no iba en el comedor…desde hace años comentaron algunos trabajadores…
