Hotel très apaisant, personnel très gentil
Pros:

L'hotel est très élégant, très belle vue Mont Blanc quand on est dans la piscine. Les chambres sont bien décorées, grande salle de bain. Hotel calme car les chambre sont reparties sur les différents chalets en harmonie avec la nature. Hotel très apaisant. Il faut une voiture pour aller à Megève.

Gorgeous hotel with great wellness facilities and moutain-feeling
Pros:

Really nice 5 star hotel with perfect service and overly friendly personnel. Beautiful views on the Mont Blanc from the hot-tub, truly unique!

Cons:

Expensive (but that's true for everything in Mégève) . Restaurant has a limited menu that didn't change during our stay.

Pros:

Établissement bien situé. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner très bien et le service de navette est appréciable

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre, qui pour moi n’est pas d’un niveau 5 étoiles : joints de la salle de bain noirs , poussière sur différents meubles.
La propreté du spa est également pas d’un niveau 5 étoiles, cheveux, élastique qui traîne depuis 4 jours au même endroit.
Et impossible d’avoir une facture malgré plusieurs demandes.

Cons:

La chambre 34 bruyante tôt le matin ( 7h) du fait qu'elle se trouve devant le restaurant et qu'a cette période il y a de nombreux enfants en bas âge qui comme des jeunes enfants cries pour parler
