Parfait si on omet le petit déjeuner
Pros:

L accueil du receptionniste, la gentillesse du gardien de nuit, la qualité de la literie, la propreté

Cons:

Le peu de choix du petit déjeuner, l'absence de plateau.
Surtout la condescendance de l employé du matin suite a un léger litige, ni professionnel ni digne d un 3 étoiles

L'hotel est très bien très propre et le personnel très gentil

En ce qui concerne la restauration nous avions fait la commande dans l'après midi et nous avons mis 2 H pour diner trop long

Pros:

A 5 min a pied de la gare sncf et routière. A 15 20 min du centre a pied et accessible en transport facilement. Ils ont ete tres gentil ils m ont gardé 24 h une valise a la réception.

Perfekte Lage, ruhiges Viertel in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Personal aeusserst freundlich und unkompliziert.

Pros:

L'emplacement. La propreté. Le personnel qui fut réactif à 1h du matin quand je lui ai dit que le bruit de la clim m'empêchait de dormir : le veilleur m'a proposé une autre chambre.

Ne pas retourner dans cet hôtel
Cons:

Climatisation non fonctionnelle dans la chambre, bien que le tarif payé soit pour une chambre avec climatisation.
Les volets étaient restés grands ouverts toute l après midi avec la fenêtre fermée pour une chambre d'environ 10m2, le soleil a donc tapé toute la journée et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.
Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Déplorable

Decent place, but my experience was terrible, and the way they handled it means I won’t be returning ever again

Cons:

The sheets were itchy and terrible quality, the bed uncomfortable, but most importantly, the AC was broken on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I wasn’t offered a fan or anything and the window was locked close so I basically did not sleep. When I tried to check out early, they refused to allow it, even though I had chosen it specifically for the fact that it had AC. Very poor service and way of handling the situation

Super séjour, hôtel charmant à côté de la gare, pas de chance la climatisation était installée le lendemain de mon arrivée mais le personnel a essayé de nous donner les chambres les plus fraiches.

Pros:

Staff is awesome! 👏 You can trust this hotel - we forgot some things in roomsafe and they safe them to our arrival. Good location and pretty nice breakfast! 🍳 Pets are allowed which very pleasant 🩵
