Super séjour, hôtel charmant à côté de la gare, pas de chance la climatisation était installée le lendemain de mon arrivée mais le personnel a essayé de nous donner les chambres les plus fraiches.

Decent place, but my experience was terrible, and the way they handled it means I won’t be returning ever again

Cons:

The sheets were itchy and terrible quality, the bed uncomfortable, but most importantly, the AC was broken on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I wasn’t offered a fan or anything and the window was locked close so I basically did not sleep. When I tried to check out early, they refused to allow it, even though I had chosen it specifically for the fact that it had AC. Very poor service and way of handling the situation

The most reliable hotel in Grenoble!
Pros:

Staff is awesome! 👏 You can trust this hotel - we forgot some things in roomsafe and they safe them to our arrival. Good location and pretty nice breakfast! 🍳 Pets are allowed which very pleasant 🩵

Cons:

It was a little stuffy in the room, but the problem was fixed in the morning

Pros:

Bien situé, décoré avec goût, propre, le personnel est accueillant, le petit déjeuner est de bonne composition.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un grand lit et avons eu un lit double, pas top, top au niveau confort.
Mon mari a demandé un deuxième oreiller que nous n'avons pas eu.

Disappointed, despite reviews and being featured in the times newspaper
Pros:

Loved the decoration of the reception and room very contemporary . Staff were friendly and helpful , was very clean

Cons:

Poor breakfast for the price, everything was cold or seemed stale, WiFi very poor couldn’t get any connection despite being connected to the hotel . Quite thin walls
