Pool needed
Pros:

Breakfast is good and the rooms and very nice. You need to have a pool too, would make a big difference in the addition to the Sauna. Customer service was great too.

We kregen weinig te eten en was de hamburger niet goed, waardoor we ziek zijn geworden.

Cons:

Personeel kan niet zo goed rekenen. Check, check dubbel check wat je moet betalen. Tot 2x terug moeten gaan om de baliemedewerkster te wijzen op een fout bedrag. Achteraf alsnog teveel betaald. De teveel in rekening gebrachte toeristenbelasting maar laten zitten. Op een bedrag van 90 euro is dat klein. Maar lekker zit het niet. Ben dan ook niet van plan om nog een keer dit hotel te boeken.

Prima verblijf voor een bezoek aan de musical en Delft centrum.
Pros:

Ruime nette kamer met klimaatregeling. Hotel is goed met de auto te bereiken; geen parkeerkosten. Prima locatie als je de musical Willem van Oranje bezoekt. Delft centrum is op loopafstand, maar er is ook een shuttle.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night on our way through Delft but we really enjoyed the space.
We were 5 (my husband and myself, our 5 year old, and our two young adult nieces). We stayed in a family room and it was perfect. The room was clean and had a ton of amenities. The hotel as a whole was immaculate, and they’d thought of everything. Check in was done online with digital keys which worked perfectly. They also had laundry that worked and actually dried our clothes!
Would definitely stay here again.
