For the price I paid the facilities were a little lacking. At the very least it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. There is a lovely breakfast space in the lounge that is, unfortunately, not in use; I would recommend offering the breakfast service.

I fell victim to a phishing scam involving this very hotel. The scam occurred on Whatsapp, under the pretext of being associated with Booking.com and asking for verification, with my name and all booking details correctly filled in. Some $5000 disappeared from my credit card within minutes. Evidently, my booking data were leaked. I don't know whether this leak occurred on the side of Booking.com or on the side of this hotel. Only professional investigators can solve that, but out of a handful of bookings this was the only one where a scammer targeted me. My bank thankfully investigated and reimbursed me with the money, but I had to go through a very stressful period. I filed reports with Booking.com and with national fraud investigation agencies. This problem is so serious that all invitations of digital 'pre-check-ins' now look suspicious to me; no, thanks, I'll check in upon my physical arrival.

I repeat: I don't know whether my data were leaked by Booking.com or by this hotel, but they were leaked. How many other people were affected, I wonder?

Despite that, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Que no tenía escobilla

Kleines Zimmer, Standard 1980, lärmige Lage an Hauptverkehrsstrasse, Uralt-Matrazen, sanitäre Anlagen uralt, Teile des Föhns liegen am Boden, WC-Papier-Ersatz nur auf Anfrage, kein Frühstück, kein Kaffekocher o. dgl., Preis entschieden zu hoch.

I would appreciate air condition. Also an anti-mosquito net, would be a great addition to the amenities, offered by the hotel.
Otherwise, everything was great.

Non tutte le stanza purtroppo si affacciano sulla costa. Mancanza di possibilità di fare colazione, ma comunque nella hall è presente un distributore automatico e nelle vicinanze sono presenti diversi bar. La porta del bagno era difettosa.

Sem ar condicionado

Aún habiendo pagado a parte el desayuno nos dijeron que no daban ese servicio. Tuvimos que reclamar varias veces para que solo nos dieran 30€ de una reserva de casi 500€ en 3 noches. Nos hicieron firmar un recibo conforme nos habían dado los 30€ y no nos quisieron dar copia de ese recibo de ninguna manera (creo que es ilegal que no te den copia si lo pides). Además, la señora propietaria fue muy maleducada en su forma de hablar. A parte, la habitación olía a humo, muy sucia y con restos de otros clientes, cajones llenos de ceniza, ducha atascada, se oía mucho ruido, el paño de la puerta se caía, enchufes mal ubicados en la habitación.... seguro que no volveremos.
