EL ASCENSOR NO LLEGA A ESA PLANTA. POR LA ESCALERA EN EL RELLANO DURANTE DOS DÍAS ACUMULADO UN SOMIER CON SU COLCHÓN Y SU MESITA ALLÍ TIRADOS. DESPUÉS DE LA PRIMERA NOCHE, NOS PREGUNTAN SI QUEREMOS QUE NOS LIMPÌEN LA HABITACIÓN. NO LA LIMPIAN Y DEJAN LAS TOALLAS SUCIAS TIRADAS Y PONEN SÓLO UNA LIMPIA.

No hay nadie en recepción por la noche. Se desactivó la tarjeta de una habitación y no ha sido posible realizar uso de la misma y no han devuelto el pago de la habitación no utilizada

Muy sucio, sabanas sin limpiar, no hay jabones para ducharse, nos encontramos con un gusano por la habitación, muy asqueroso.

Pros:

Estaba muy sucio, ademas para haber pagado la Suite no hacia sentido con el precio, vi habitaciónes normales mucho mejores que la Suite en este mismo Hotel. No tenia ni neverita, ni articulos basicos de higiene como cepillo.
