Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Highly recommend

Sensational location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms, great courtyard to sit in and lovely sitting room area inside. Highly recommend it

Cons:

There are a few stairs to climb but staff helped with luggage. We did have twin beds instead of double

Kann ein nettes Hotel werden aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht überein.
Pros:

Die Lage inmitten der Innenstadt war sehr gut. Nicht direkt in der Fußgängerzone aber man ist schnell im Geschehen. So kann man dem Trubel entfliehen, wenn man möchte.
Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren im Vorwege freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Auswahl vom Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer, welches dringend renoviert muss.
Das Leder vom Bettgestell pellte sich bereits ab und im Badezimmer floss das Wasser nicht richtig ab.
Durch die vielen Dachschraegen konnte man nur an einer Seite des Bettes aufrecht stehen.
Auf den Bildern sehen die Zimmer geräumiger aus.
Beim Check-Out haben wir dieses angemerkt und die Antwort war nur "Ja wissen wir. Wir haben solche und solche Zimmer."
Es ist ok, wenn die Mitarbeiter keine Uniform tragen aber ich finde im Jogginghose und Schlabberlook sollte man beim Frühstück nicht servieren. Dazu kam niemand aktiv auf uns zu und hat gefragt, ob wir warme Speisen haben möchten.
Die Dame war sehr lustlos und war nicht freundlich.
Wir verstehen, dass Feiertag war aber trotzdem finde ich nicht, dass man über 200 EUR pro Nacht verlangen kann bei diesem Zustand der Zimmer und dem allgemeinen Eindruck.

Everything. The location was excellent right where we wanted to be near the river and restaurants. The bedroom was spacious for 3 people. Clean and comfortable. Slept really well.
