Pros:

Frühstück und Lage war sehr gut. Direkt bei der Metro, wo mann Touristenpass auch kaufen kann. Klimaanlage war leise.

Cons:

Hygiene war schlecht . Im Badezimmer war überall schwarze Haare ( wir sind blond bzw grau). Safe war zwei Tage lang außer Betrieb. Zimmer war etwas hellhörig trotz neunten Stock.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un excellent petit déjeuner
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner avec un cuisinier sur place, des salades de fruits et des pâtisseries portugaises variées. Un accueil également très agréable au bar avec une dégustation de Porto. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied.

Cons:

Je pense que le sol de notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyé à notre arrivée. Le lendemain c'était fait par contre.

Qualche giorno di vacanza a Porto con il compagno.
Pros:

L'hotel è pochi passa dalla fermata metro Trinidade, fermata centrale che interseca più linee, inclusa quella dell'aeroporto che si raggiunge in 30 min di metro circa.
E' vicino al centro: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i monumenti principali.
La città è morfologicamente piena di salite e discese e la zona, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, da vedere è veramente ampia: a mio avviso la città va girata a piedi. Con questo spirito da 'camminatore seriale' ho trovato l'hotel ben posizionato. Da dire che la metro vicina permette di accorciare le distanze con i punti turistici più gettonati (Ribeira, ponte Eiffel, filovia e l'altro lato del Douro per visita delle cantine o semplice passeggiata).
La camera è sufficientemente spaziosa come il bagno. Dotata di aria condizionata, TV (impostata su canali italiani), mini frigo, adeguatamente fornita di appoggi per trolley e beaty, armadio, cassaforte, manichino appendiabiti (davvero comodo). Al check-in abbiamo trovato anche in omaggio la possibilità di degustare il porto nel bar dell'hotel. Non sono un'intenditrice di vini ma ne abbiamo approfittato e ci è piaciuto.
La colazione mi è piaciuta davvero tanto : dolce, salato e frutta! Ho usufruito principalmente della parte dolce costituita di paste portoghesi e croissant. Disponibile, oltre al succo di frutta, anche la spremuta di arancia, il cappuccino e il caffe' di qualità buone considerando che non si è in Italia. E' anche possibile portare con via "qualcosina", da mangiare durante la giornata - io ho portato con me la banana.
Lo staff è gentile e disponibile per indicazioni, pronto a fornire qualunque informazione. Se si vuole fare qualche esperienza come la navigazione dei sei ponti o simili, alla reception possono fornire informazioni e addirittura prenotare dai loro contatti.

Lovely hotel in great location - excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Good location can walk everywhere from here and close to Trindade metro. Fabulous selection at breakfast and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Could hear the trains but ear plugs would have resolved this. Few things in room needed repairing but minor.

Soggiorno molto apprezzato!
Pros:

Posizione comodissima da raggiungere con la metro, si trova a due minuti dalla stazione di Trindade. Inoltre si è in centro in 10 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo mai usato i mezzi per visitare la città. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, sia dolce che salato.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

L'unica cosa migliorabile è la dimensione del bagno: la doccia è certamente spaziosa, ma il resto è un po' troppo sacrificato.
