Very good experience despite one or 2 negatives.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and varied. Enjoyed the freshly cooked omlettes and how a member of staff would bring it to your table when ready. The staff were always busy tidying tables and replenishing food, 10 out of 10. Front desk staff excellent particular the guy with the moustache who helped us with directions and ordering tuk tuk ride. Didn't see the room maid/man but she/he also did an excellent job. The location of hotel close to Metro station good as I do have some walking difficulties.

Cons:

Although nothing to do with hotel, the sight of rough sleepers at the front did not give good first impression, authorities need to sort. Drinks at the bar very expensive although once again staff excellent.

El WC estaba estropeado, tardaba 5 minutos en cargar y tenía perdidas. El suelo se encharcaba entre la zona de la ducha y WC... Mucho calor en la habitación ,siempre con aire acondicionado

Pedimos uma sopa para o jantar, asseguraram que havia e a hora que decidimos jantar, afinal não havia sopa, nem tostas, nem pizzas, nem uma bolacha!!
Além disso o duche não escoava a água...

die Lage in der Stadt, die Metro vor der Tür.

Anfangs wurde mir ein schlechteres Zimmer gegeben u behaubtet es ist unmöglich zu tauschen doch später hat es doch funktioniert und es wurde getauscht. das Personal war dann sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema nella gestione dell’ordine relativo alla pulizia della camera. Avevamo segnalato che il servizio non era stato eseguito, ma al nostro rientro in serata abbiamo trovato la camera ancora non rifatta.
Comprendiamo che possano verificarsi degli inconvenienti, tuttavia ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore attenzione dopo la segnalazione effettuata.

Toller dreitägiger Aufenthalt in einer alten, sehenswerten Stadt in einem guten Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend, Obst vielfältig und frisch, Eier- und Pancakewünsche wurden direkt erfüllt.
Zimmergröße war absolut ausreichend und sehr sauber.
Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal direkt an der U-Bahnlinie zum Flughafen. Das Hotel grenzt an das Stadtzentrum und ist fussläufig zu erreichen.

Did exactly what I expected of it... would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose
Pros:

Location beside Trindade station the crossing point of all the urban train service lines and close to the historic centre and Santa Caterina Street was my main reason for choosing this hotel.
Room was good, decent facilities
and breakfast was excellent
wifi was good too

Cons:

Only stayed one night, so didn't make full use of all that was available... used it as a way station on my way back from Viana do Castelo so that the trip out to the airport on the Monday morning would be stress free... as indeed it was... also nice to have a chill evening in Porto as part of the trip. For those purposes the hotel was perfect

ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות בחדר אוכל נחמד. הברמן נחמד מאוד.

Cons:

מיקום קצת בעייתי. יש הרבה זונות וחסרי בית מחוץ לדלת.הכניסה למלון. טכנית המלון 300 מטר מהמיקום הכי טוב בעיר אך לא נעים לחצות אותם ברגל.
