Bad Customer Service.
Pros:

Very poor customer service. They charged me more on the room than the invoice.

When I tried to contact the hotel regarding the invoice and they simply either ignored me or did not provide any support at all (I tried email, phone and WhatsApp) Very disrespectful and not cooperative customer service at all not to mention that I tried multiple times with no response.

Herath was amazing, he made sure to check up on me very regularly making sure everything is okay, I had a wonderful experience at this ramadan tent, and a big part of it was thanks to our Herath . He was extremely polite, attentive, and professional from the moment we sat down. They made sure our drinks were always filled, checked in at the perfect times
