Disappointing for the money paid - 3 stars not 4.
Pros:

Good location next to the Azul metro line station Parques. 24 hour staff at reception

Cons:

Bad smell in the lobby and the hotel was in need of redecoration as all very tired looking. My room had dirty tissues in the bathroom and smelled of damp constantly (not due to the cleaning because even after housekeeping there was a constant damp smell). I would say this was a 3 star property over a 4 star.
