Happy
Pros:

Very clean. Good location.

Cons:

During peak hours car traffic can be quite hectic. But if you are not driving in Lisbon it is perfect, highly recommended.

Room usb charging not working, reported but nothing done and no apology
Pros:

Comfy bed.
One reception guy was very helpful -(curly hair!), the others could have seemed a bit more welcoming.

Cons:

Poor Gluten free options as standard
Staff didn’t seem to be interested that room usb was not working.

Pros:

Exactamente lo que esperas de un hotel así. Cómodo y limpio y buena ubicación.

Cons:

El cabezal de la ducha no se aguantaba ya. Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento, cosas fáciles de arreglar.

Gut gelegenes, komfortables Hotel.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung in klimatisierten Räumen. Einzig hätte ich einer Dusche der vorhandenen Badewanne den Vorzug gegeben.

Pros:

Habitación espaciosa con suficientes armarios. Detalles como pueden ser: cada día unos bombones, todos los dias las toallas colocadas como si fuera el primer día. Desayuno variado.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación de la planta 1 se oía muchísimo el ruido de las máquinas externas del aire acondicionado, sobre todo por la noche
