Zeer zeer teleurstellend, vooral de afhandeling van de klacht is heel slecht opgepakt Eigenlijk niet

De locatie is de hoofdreden geweest, voor de boeking. En dat is achteraf ook het enige pluspunt geweest.

Cons:

De kamer was heel vies, vlekken op het bed, stofwolken op de vloer, zwarte haren in de badkamer, spinnenwebben aan het plafond. Maar één koffie kop in een twee-persoonskamer en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.

Overnachten in klassieke stijl met comfort en ruimte
Pros:

Presidential suite 12a is zeer ruim authentiek ( in klassieke stijl) met prive patio. Het bed is comfortabel met goede matrassen
Alle luxe zoals t hoort bij een klassieke suite met hoog plafond ramen en deuren

Hotel te duur voor wat je krijgt, we komen niet terug.
Pros:

Het hotel zit op een mooie locatie, parkeren is ook fijn geregeld vlakbij. We konden al eerder inchecken, ook erg fijn en we werden ontzettend prettig ontvangen. In de kamer (3-02) staat een goed bed. Fijn dat er een lift is.

Cons:

De kamer was alleen oppervlakkig schoon, hoekjes en plinten waren niet schoon. Voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald verwachten we meer, er staat maar 1 stoel in een 2persoonskamer, geen lijst in de kamer behalve peertjes bij het bed. En de badkamer voelde heel goedkoop aan. Slechte afzuiging, goedkoop wastafel meubel en hele slechte water druk.
Het ontbijt was geen succes, ze waren vergeten ons ontbijt door te geven naar de keuken. Na 30 minuten maar gevraagd waar het bleef, in de haast (?) het te maken de helft vergeten. Porties zijn ook niet groot voor wat je betaalt.
Bij uit checken, zeer ongeïnteresseerd. Geen vraag hoe het was, alleen pinnen, geprinte bon en tot ziens. Voelde niet alsof er ruimte was om feedback te geven.
Het voelde als een hotel dat probeert een 4-sterren te zijn, maar dat niet is.

Atmosphärisch - super Lage - ruhig
Pros:

Es hat uns einfach alles gefallen: Die Einrichtung des Hotels, Lampen, Marmorfußboden, Wandfarben, Mobiliar und Kacheln.
Das Bett war komfortabel, trotz super-zentraler Lage war es ruhig. Es gab eine Garage und das Personal war sehr nett.
