Pros:

la gentillesse et l accueil. Les sourires et la bonne humeur de Sala et de ses coéquipiers trés attentifs lors des petits déjeuners et repas.
On a apprécié le spectacle à l annexe de l hôtel ou tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour leurs clients.Merci.

Super séjour !
Pros:

Nous étions de passage sur Ourzazate, un moment hors du temps. Nous avons dormi une suite magnifique, le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous, et a trouvé des solutions à toutes nos problématiques de voyageurs (blanchisserie, médicaments…) - remerciements particuliers à Salah et Fatima !
Les extérieurs sont très agréables, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir.

La.zona de piscina esta muy cuidada y perfecta para descansar.
Cogimos un tour con ellos para ir al desierto y tuvimos alguna incidencia, pero luego lo solventaron.

Wunderschöne gepflegte luxuriöse Parkanlage mit geräumigen Bungalows. Das Personal ist professionell, der Pool herrlich. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und am besten ist die bestens bestückte Bar. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit einer wunderschönen Lichtkuppel.

Good location. Very nice staff. The room and the beds are OK. Good value for money.

The bathroom is a bit old and run down but still acceptable. No shower gel but we didn't bother to ask as we had our own.
