Összeségében ár érték arányban elfogadható,a személyzet nagyon kedves volt.
Pros:

Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak,bár az esti büfénél nagyon kevés volt a saláta választék ,reggelinél pedig nem volt gyümölcs.

Cons:

4 csillagos szállodánál úgy gondolom alap a napi szoba takarítás.Na itt nem volt.Első nap megcsinálták az ágyat és kivitték a szemetet kérésre,második nap már csak a szemetet vitték ki!Törölköző csere felár ellenében napi 4000Ft,de 3 naponta cserélték ingyen.A szoba tisztaságában is voltak kivetni valók,nagyon sok pókháló volt a mosdó sem volt tiszta,amiért szóltunk is.Mondta a recepciós hölgy,hogy már nincs takaritó személyzet de holnap jönni fognak.Jöttek is de a mosdó közelében sem jártak,csak amit említettem azt megcsinálták!

חדר גדול ומרווח מצויד הייטב.מתחם הספא מפנק. בקבוק שמפניה בחדר וזוג כרטיסים למשקה ראשון בבר.

מצעים של המיטה והכריות שחוקים ולא מפנקים .ביום השני לא ממלאים את ערכת הקפה / תה סבונים ושמפו.הארוחות בוקר וערב ביום הראשון היו מגוונות בשפע בבוקר וערב השני חסרות לא מגוון ובחסכנות ...

Nem gondolnám, hogy megérdemli a 4 csillagot, mert a tisztasággal voltak gondok.
Pros:

- Kedves és odafigyelő személyzet
- Jó elhelyezkedés (minden látnivaló a közelben)
- Finom és bőséges étel választék
- A wellness részleg és a klubterem (pingpong, darts, billiárd, csocsó) az szuper gyerekeknek is van játszószoba sok játékkal
- Kényelmes ágy és jó párna

Cons:

- Koszos és használt poharak, csészék fogadtak minket a szobában, elfelejtették elmosni őket
- A zuhanyzó penészes és durván vízköves volt, a szoba pókhálós volt
- A klíma nem működött megfelelően, 15 fokra volt állítva, de semmit nem hűtött le a szobán úgy hogy 25,5 fok volt végig a szobában
- A WIFI kapcsolat nagyon gyenge volt

Az egyik legnagyobb előnye, hogy Budapestről könnyen megközelíthető és szuper a wellness.
Pros:

Jól felszerelt wellness részleg, hosszú nyitvatartással. A szoba tágas, kényelmes bútorokkal.

Cons:

Az étterem személyzetét kissé figyelmetlennek találtam a rendelés felvételével és az asztalok leszedésével kapcsolatban.
