overall very good, better than expected
Pros:

Staff at the reception was very kind, rooms looked new, were super clean, felt very comfortable. There was plenty of parking space for hotel guests.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was good, but the quality could be better (especially the warm food and coffee and juices).
The noise from the corridor until midnight and people talking in the adjacent room was a bit disturbing
