Great location.
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting Interlaken and Jungfrau region. Close to train station and has good parking. Great food. Pet friendly, and very nice staff.

5 minute walk from the train and bus station. Clean and comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Our room was in the Jungfrau Hotel, so I can't comment on the Annex.

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage und atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Berge
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in einer absolut perfekten Lage. Bahnhof um die Ecke und egal ob mit Zug oder Auto, von hier ist man schnell in allen Richtungen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist einfach nur traumhaft. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und die Ausstellung etwas veraltet aber es ist dennoch alles da was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben und auch mal nachgefüllt werden.

Personal muy amable, hotel muy limpio, desayuno exquisito, frutas frescas, huevos, yogurth, cereales, ensaladas, quesos y variedad de pan, etc, lo mejor las vistas espectaculares a la montaña y jardines hermosos y esta a 5 minutos a pie a la estación de wilderswil, sin duda volvería a este lugar.

I can't wait to be back!
Pros:

The Jungfrau was everything I hoped: typical Swiss hotel, in a lovely and quiet village, and it had such friendly and efficient staff everywhere, front desk, breakfast, housekeeping... The room is cozy, clean and comfortable, with a few charming details that make the guests feel at home. Wilderswil has beautiful houses, flowers everywhere (in spring), and the locals I met were so polite and welcoming. There is even a small grocery store that opens on Sundays! The hotel is also very close to the train station, quite convenient, and it also has an adorable cow statue at the entrance, it's a mandatory picture! :) There is a small stable close by, with a few (real) cows too, which makes the bucolic landscape a dream come true. I will stay again at the Jungfrau, whenever I'm back in the Interlaken region.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed much longer. :)
