Relaxing
Pros:

i did not take breakfast and the location is just ok.

Cons:

Booking.com and Holiday Inn Express double charge me and I was asked to reach out to Booking.com which is so hassle and Booking.com poorly supported me. It would have been excellent if Holiday Inn Express reached out to Booking.com directly and refunded me my money. Until now I did not get my refund and you double charge me.

Wouldn't recommend for the price
Pros:

Location, easy to access to shops and metro.

Cons:

For the money and the level of the hotel, it didn't meet my expectations across the board. It was not so clean, and we changed two rooms because the first one was humid (the beds were kind of humid, too). Breakfast was also not great, with some mouldy items (e.g., cereal dispenser).

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff has been really nice, and their English was good and easy to understand, we hadn't any problem in communicating actually. 5 stars!
I really liked the breakfast, I really appreciated the variety of options there were. 5 stars!
The room was big and clean. 5 stars!
I really enjoyed this hotel and for the price it had I really think it is an amazing option.

Cons:

The location might be a little far for the main attractions of Suzhou, but there is a subway near the hotel (I'd say less than 10 mins walking) and the taxi are cheap, so it wasn't a bother going to the places we wanted to go.
