Our stay was okay. We will not stay in a Hyatt facility again,
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with our pet, the location of our room to the outside was great.

Cons:

The room did not have USB outlets, making recharging very difficult. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, our garbage was over flowing and I had to make our bed. We were out of our room for many hours there was time to clean without our pet in the room to clean.. There was a large sectional sofa to relax but not a table to put things, making it uncomfortable to balance items. Overall, we were disappointed with the appointments of our room.

Great location and rooms.
Pros:

The room was quite nice although the shower/toilet room was very small. Loved having the desk and counter for coffee, although we didn’t make coffee. Mattress was comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast was about a 3 out of 5 but for free it was good enough.

Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. El personal muy atento, nos trataron de forma muy servicial, nos sentimos como en casa, especialmente Paulina, pero todo el equipo fue excepcional

Poor front desk staff.
Pros:

The hotel is dated and does not do daily maid service. The rooms were dingy. The woman at the front desk did not care about our issues with the room. She was rude and unhelpful.
