room was ok, clean and decent size, location is also ok close to tram and bars/restaurants, breakfast was good.
I didn't like the check-in experience, you need to check in online which I didn't do, so then we entered the building and had to do the check-in ourselves . it was long and unnecessary for the price that you pay for this hotel.
i understand that you want to reduce costs by not having staff at night, but I didn't appreciate having to type 10 minutes to check-in 4 people and 2 rooms and 1 night.

O Flávio, brasileiro que trabalha na recepção do hotel, fez nossa viagem pra Amsterdan ser muito mais agradável, foi extremamente simpático e gentil conosco.
O quarto poderia ter um secador de toalha no banheiro e um frigobar, só isso, mas nada que tenha prejudica nossa experiência no hotel.
Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto confortável um tanto pequeno. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and attentive.
It was very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out. The airport transfer was also very useful and well organized.
The location is excellent: the hotel is on a quiet street, while public transport stops are just a short walk away. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Сподобалось розташування, спілкування на рецепції та безкоштовна кава/чай) в нас закінчились капсули і нам без проблем додали ще. Недалеко від отеля є магазин. Також дуже зручно що поруч є трамвай, який їде до вокзалу і в самий центр.
На рецепції дівчина говорила на російській, що спростило нам комунікацію. В день виселення ми попали на страйк транспорту, вона підказала, яка ситуація і що нема сенсу їхати на вокзал. Краще таксі в аеропорт. І це дійсно було кращим рішенням.
Номер був чистим, ліжко зручним.
Трошки незручно що в ванній тільки половина дверці закривається, але це не критично.
Також було б не зайвим мати два рушника. (Менший та більший) В номері тільки великий дають
