Pros:

Balkonlu bir odada konakladım ve özellikle bahçeye bakan balkon kısmını çok beğendim. Oldukça keyifli ve huzurlu bir ortamı vardı. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, bu yönüyle de otelden memnun kaldım. Ayrıca konumu oldukça merkeziydi ve tramvaya yakın olması büyük bir avantaj sağladı.

Pintoresco hotel bien ubicado

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, tienes paradas de tranvía que conectan con las zonas más visitadas como la Estación Central. El hotel está a 5 minutos de la plaza de los Museos. La habitación era un poco justa para dos personas, pero era cómoda. El personal super amable y el hotel en si muuuy pintoresco. El baño a pesar de ser pequeño era cómodo: había gel y crema de Rituals, espacios para apoyar los productos (tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha)…

Cons:

La limpieza era un poco justa, las sábanas y el colchón tenían manchas y pelos…había una gata en el hotel entonces supusimos que serían de ella. También debajo de la cama había una alfombra que estaba muy muy sucia/ vieja🫪
La ducha sale con muy poca presión, muy muy flojita.
Estábamos en una habitación de la ultima planta que era como un altillo. Al abrir la puerta había que subir una escalera super empinada para llegar a la cama y al baño. Para dos personas era un poco agobiante porque no había espacio para colocar ambas maletas, usar el baño las dos personas a la vez, etc. La ventana tampoco se podía abrir del todo.

A convenient, friendly hotel with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent, the staff very helpul and friendly. The hotel is handy for the tram network (the 24 from the central station stops just by the hotel) or a walk to Musuemplein. And there is a lift! In general it's a very good place for a short stay.

Cons:

Our comfort double room had no cupboard or shelves, only hangars on a rail for clothes. This would be OK for one night but not so convenient for 2 people staying for 3 nights. The bedside tables were very small, and the desk narrow, so there was little space to put computers, magazines etc. Also there are no USB sockets in the rooms.

The owner was friendly, welcoming, helpful and interesting.
Pros:

It was in a great location, quiet but within easy walking distance of museums. There were cafes and places to eat nearby. Close to tram stops for the station and centre.
