Pros:

Все было отлично! Я бы в следующий раз с удовольствием заселилась в этот отель. Кстати, решающим фактором выбора отеля стало упоминание о том, что в отеле живёт кошка) Я ее правда не встретила, но все равно классно, что в отеле есть такой житель)

Cons:

Скорее то, что я бы добавила. Питьевую воду в комнате. Хоть и на первом этаже есть бесплатный кулер, все же хотя бы 0,5 бутылочку воды было ты классно иметь в номере при заселении.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Tramvay durağına yürüyerek birkaç dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da şehir içinde ulaşımı oldukça kolaylaştırıyor. Resepsiyonda günün her saati ücretsiz çay, kahve ve su alabilmek de çok hoş bir detaydı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Ótimo hotel. Instalação confortável, funcionários atenciosos, quarto limpo, cheiroso, toalhas e cama macias. Ótimo!
E até tem um atendente brasileiro, então se você tem problemas com outros idiomas, fique tranquilo.

Een prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk! De kamer was precies zoals verwacht op basis van de foto's en beschrijving, schoon en lekker koel. Met de tram stap je vanuit station Centraal of Zuid uit voor de deur. Het hotel is heel dichtbij het consulaat van de VS, de reden van ons bezoek, maar een dagje winkelen was daarna ook heel goed te belopen van en naar het hotel. Kortom: een prima verblijf!

A cool little hotel in a fantastic area

Fantastic location, Tycho was super-helpful when we had a problem with the air con in our room and with recommending places to go.

Cons:

Not sure if messages were being communicated between reception staff on different shifts (this was the case when we raised the issue of our aircon leaking)
