The property is 10 seconds walk from the subway station
There were no bath robes and slippers, not a lot of towels and shelf space
I had visited the hotel with my wife in May 2019 so feel able to give the score I did. We always wanted to come back and visit an we were doing so with my three older children and my new son in law from the 21st to the 24th of May. Unfortunately my daughter had a medical issue two days before our departure and we couldn't complete our trip. Despite having only a couple of days notice the hotel were very understanding and went above and beyond when it came to our cancellation. We appreciate all their help and kindness and look forward to one day completing our trip and visiting once again.
