O ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionou corretamente durante a maior parte da estadia. Ele funcionava por alguns minutos, parava e depois voltava a funcionar, e esse ciclo se repetiu durante todos os dias da reserva.

Conversamos com a recepção sobre o funcionamento e fomos informados de que, até então, não havia uma previsão para normalização. No último dia, porém, a situação se agravou: o ar-condicionado simplesmente deixou de funcionar e permaneceu sem funcionar durante toda a noite, até o horário do checkout. Nesse momento, fomos informados de que se tratava de um problema geral no hotel.

Apesar desse problema, gostaria de destacar que os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a nossa estadia. Sempre nos atenderam muito bem e demonstraram disposição para ajudar. Pelo que pudemos perceber, o problema provavelmente estava relacionado à estrutura ou a uma questão que estava fora da alçada dos funcionários.

Infelizmente, por se tratar de um item essencial para o conforto do quarto, a situação acabou prejudicando bastante a experiência, especialmente na última noite.

Great place to stay for first time visitors to Istanbul
Pros:

Good location, very clean and exceptional breakfast including fresh gozlemes. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning really struggled to cool our room, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable

A great couple of days in Istanbul , the local Hammam is incredible.
Pros:

Great location , nice rooftop bar. Opposite the hotel is a wonderful restaurant. The young attendant who helps with bags etc was amazing, she ch a lovely young man

Cons:

Bit run down, needs some love. We had someone barge into our room then shut the door, they said they couldn’t see it on cameras but we saw the door flung open. Last night the whole hotel had no aircon, it was very hot and didn’t sleep at all.

Friendly staff and excellent location
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with a broad selection, fresh Gözleme and tasty coffee. Location is excellent and only a 12-minute walk to the The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. Nice rooftop bar with sea view.

Cons:

During a 24-hour layover without my checked bags, I relied entirely on my carry-on essentials. While the bathroom provided shampoo and soap, it lacked basic amenities like toothpaste and a shaving kit, which would have been a very welcome touch. Additionally, soundproofing could be improved, as doors from neighboring rooms slammed quite loudly throughout my stay.

Angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft wurde bei ChatGPT hoch gelobt, sie war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Frühstück sehr gut, aber unser Zimmer war ziemlich alt.
Da hätte man für wesentlich weniger Geld vermutlich auf gleichem Standard wohnen können…
