La localización es genial, en pleno centro.
No me gustó que no nos cambiaran las toallas ni limpiaran la habitación en toda nuestra estancia.
Debería haber más mobiliario...armario, mesa, sillas....
Location top, in the middle of the city center - you can walk to the main attractions. Beds very comfortable, shower and bathroom quite good, the price is great for Norwegian conditions. Staff very friendly and helpful we could change our room after suffering from the heavy noise of the Karaoke-Bar in the basement of the hotel. Very nice and comfortable area in the huge lobby, with free access to tables and sofas. That helps in addition to the very small rooms, that are made for sleeping and showering mainly. Windows closed, it is almost silent!!!
At least one simple chair in the room would be helpful. The noise all around the hotel, mostly bars and loud people is really a burden. - NOT the fault of the hotel of course, but many people screaming around until late night. Also window cleaners nearby with their trucks with tail lift and running engines - a Norwegian custom obviously and a contrast to the electromobility. - again - despite of all that, the hotel and the location offer a valuable and affordable living in the very center. Takk!!
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a very good location, with most places within a 10–15-minute walk. The front desk staff were lovely, we were able to check in early, and the room, bathroom and shower were clean. The facilities were also good, especially the free laundry facilities and lockers available after check-out.
My main concern was the housekeeping service. Daily cleaning, including towel changes and bin emptying, costs an additional £7 per day, which I paid for two days. However, the service did not quite meet expectations. On our second day, someone knocked on our door around 10 am while we were still getting ready to go out, asking if we needed towels. We were given fresh towels, but when we returned that evening, the room had not been cleaned. We also noticed that the shower soap dispenser had not been refilled, and the bin had not been emptied on our first day.
I understand that this may be a hotel policy, but if housekeeping comes at an additional cost, I would expect a little more attention to detail and consistency. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay, and the location and facilities were definite highlights.

Check in online was very in personal. We only spoke to a human once and were not aware we could re fill coffee all day.
