Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido iniziale, ma lo staff ha saputo gestirlo in modo eccellente, assegnandoci una camera più bella e di categoria superiore.
Colazione ottima, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. L’unica nota è che la struttura non è nuovissima e in alcune parti si nota un po’ di usura: qualche ritocco e intervento di manutenzione la renderebbe ancora migliore.
Nel complesso, però, siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel. Complimenti allo staff per la professionalità e l’attenzione verso il cliente!

El personal es muy atento, la limpieza de la habitación y sobre todo la cama tan cómoda que tiene

Cons:

Que no hubiera un buen foco de luz en el baño donde el espejo y que el hotel no tenga termómetro corporal por si te encontrarás mal que es lo que me pasó a mí.

Camera grande e spaziosa, molte prese (funzionanti), frigo, alcuni dettagli che noi non usufruiamo ma sempre bello vedere: bollitore, kit doccia, lozioni, ombrelli, etc

Cons:

Le luci erano poco illuminanti e chiave da togliere quando si esce e così va via l'elettricità.

שדרגו לנו לחדר עם כניסה לבריכה כיוון שהטלויזיה בחדר הרגיל הייתה קטנה מאוד ....החדר נחמד , אם כי היה מחובר למיטה מוטות מעץ שהסתירו צפייה בטלויזיה וכבר לא היה לנו נעים להתלונן לאחר שהעבירו אותנו פעמיים מחדר לחדר ....
מי בריכה צלולים קרירים ונעימים ...בחודש יוני המלון די שומם והייתה ממש פרטיות...
קחו בחשבון בתקופה זו גשמים רבים
יש מתקן לטיהור מים בלובי שאפשר להשתמש בו . וגם ספריית ספרים להשאלה .

היו מחוברים למיטה מוטות מעץ שהסתירו צפייה בטלויזיה וכבר לא היה לנו נעים להתלונן לאחר שהעבירו אותנו פעמיים מחדר לחדר ....
היה גשום וביקשנו מטריות מהקבלה והפקידה טענה שאין והתברר לנו אחכ שהיה מגיע לנו 2 מטריות והיא לא הייתה מעודכנת ונאלצנו לקנות מטריה .
שימו לב המלון דוגל בשמירה על הסביבה , לא תמצאו שקיות בפחים .
כשעשינו צק אאוט המנהלת טענה שלקחנו חלוקים בעוד שלא סיפקו לנו אותם בכלל , וגם חשבו שלקחנו להם את המתקן של הסבון והראינו להם שלא לקחנו ....למרות שהתנצלו זה השאיר טעם רע ......

Pros:

We stayed at the moon deck room and it was very comfy. The pool was very nice as well, especially to relax after a long day exploring Krabi. The food was very good at breakfast and also a la carte at the pool.

Cons:

The moon deck should have a parasol to properly enjoy it during the day and some lights in the evening, this would make it more enjoyable.
