You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property. Bookings are only guaranteed until 23:00.

The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.

Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Very good!
Pros:

The room was a lot larger than usual in Tokyo. Washing machine was also a plus

Cons:

As the hotel is on the side of a busy street full of night life, you can hear people’s conversations and partying quite clearly

Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location close to plenty of restaurants and subway station. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Nice view on skyscrapers. A small terrace with a table and chairs, great for eating breakfast!

Cons:

The room was small. The terrace was great in the morning but smelled of restaurants kitchen in the evening.
