The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.
Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.
Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is prime, where you can walk to multiple train lines, restaurants, and convenience stores. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants are mostly open at night, as it's a nightlife/ post-work restaurant area.
The room that I booked is meant for friends or a couple with a young child (who can handle a bunk bed). It would be too small for 3 adults; especially if they're taller than 1.52m. The building has a front and back entrance and taxis have a hard time getting to the back entrance unless you put the pickup location as a restaurant nearby.
Location ideal for tourist areas. Hotel room double with balcony. Lovely and clean. Really nice, friendly staff. 4 day stay with lovely accommodation.

The door window couldn’t close properly so the hot air, humidity and noises from outside were coming in…
The smell was also not great
I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The showers here was arguably one of the best showers I've ever had. The balcony was an added bonus that gave us an extra space to hide above the bustling street while still enjoying the ambiance of it all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer.
How short I stayed. Honestly the hotel is great and can't wait until I'm back again!

The location in Akasaka is great! Restaurants galore and 3 subways less than 5 minute walk
Having a patio to relax on after a day treking around Tokyo was really nice

Room may have been a bit too cozy, could have been bigger but it did the trick
