The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.
Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.
Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

マグカップはあるが、洗剤が無いので洗えない
調理コンロがあるが調理用具が無いので無駄
フロントの方の対応は高級ホテルに匹敵するぐらい非常に良かった。
部屋に洗濯機・ミニキッチンがあるのは何泊かする人には助かるだろう。
誰が何を洗ったか分からない洗濯機は使いたくないが…(これは個人の価値観)。
アメニティバイキングで入浴剤持っていったら、シャワーブースのみで浴槽なし(この点は事前に私の確認不足)。
お部屋L字型で意味不明。
動かす金具が付いているものの、テレビはベッドからほぼ見ることができない。
とにかくシャワーが弱すぎる(この点が一番不愉快)。
シャワーブースのドアの隙間から洗面へ水が漏れる。
予約時に表示されている部屋とはとにかく全く違った。
同じなのはベッドの大きさのみ。外光は全く入らない。
あの部屋を提供するなら訳アリ部屋として販売するべき。
他の部屋より割安で詳細の記載があり、納得して泊まれば全く問題はない。ミスマッチが不信感に繋がっている。
今回はあまりにも違い過ぎた。
センチュリオンホテルグループのイメージが下がった。
見附界隈はいろいろな施設によく泊まるが過去最低。
来て欲しいとも思わないだろうが、再訪なし。
スタッフがめちゃくちゃホスピタリティに溢れていました。素晴らしい！！！

Room had a strong unpleasant smell, carpet was dirty, and the toilet smelled like sewage. The TV was also not a smart TV
Très bon emplacement, avec pas mal de lignes de métro à proximité. Le personnel est super adorable et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement !
En revanche, il n’y a pas de rangement pour mettre ses vêtements, ce qui est un peu dommage.
