The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.
Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.
Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Konumu çok iyiydi Asakusa ve shinjuku/shibuya nın ortasındayı metroya 8 dklık yürüyüş mesafesindeydi, çalışanlar çok sevimliydi, otel eski ancak temizdi, tüm küçük ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü ( şampuan, saç kremi, vücut kremi, body towel, diş fırçası, çay ve su ikram )
This was our second time staying in Akasaka which we love so the location was the biggest perk for us! The room itself was extremely spacious and the shower had great water pressure + stayed hot/warm. Additionally, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating!
Our bathroom had a distinct smell that was quite unpleasant. We spoke to the staff about it and they had someone check it and clean the bathroom again but that did not fix the issue. We believe it was coming from the toilet but due to the automatic nature of the toilet lid, there was no way to keep the lid closed so we kept the bathroom fan on at all times and just dealt with it for the five days we were there. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the washer/dryer combo in the room which was a sell for us ended up not meeting expectations. There is a sign in the room that mentions that the dryer will not fully dry the clothes and it is common in Japan to hang dry but that is a bit unrealistic when you're living in a relatively small room out of suitcase.

Come indicato in altri commenti la zona è piuttosto viva e senza tappi per le orecchie si farebbe fatica a dormire. Gli infissi non sono abbastanza insonorizzanti. Non ho apprezzato la presenza delle grate alle finestra che impediscono di guardare fuori, per capire il meteo fuori devi guardare dagli spiragli :)

No kitchen utensils or cookware was provided despite there being a kettle and cooktop in the room, so these were impossible to use.
The staff was very nice, polite and accomodated all our requests. The location was great.
The space is small, but everything in Tokyo is!
