The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.
Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

The balcony was amazing, huge space with comfy furniture. Great access to public transport. Very helpful staff.
No coffee machine in the room.
Considering that in Tokyo all hotels are expensive and rooms are tiny, this was our good choice for staying with a baby who wants to croll.

The door was not even sealed. So it sounded like we were on the street. We were woken up every night throughout the night by people shouting on the street, cars, garbage trucks. It's the basics of Hotel 101 to have double glazed or sealed windows/doors. Did not have one good nights sleep.
The property is right in the middle of many Resturant and food places

Metro/ subway is very nearby and most importantly all shopping places are easily accessible from here
Rooms are very small, there is hardly any place to move around and there is no proper place to place the luggage.

Very good location, not far from 2 train stations, which made sightseeing very easy.
Price was reasonable and the room had everything we needed.

Soundproofing of rooms, could be better, as we could often hear people's conversations happening outside.
