Pros:

Hotel situé dans la ville moderne au coeur de l'animation et des restaurants (mais pas tout proche de la cité impériale située à environ 30 minute à pieds de l'hotel). La piscine est bien agréable après une chaude journée de visite.

Esmorzar molt bo i s'agraeix molt la piscina, que és molt tranquil·la. Ens van avisar de que hi havia soroll i amb els taps que l'hotel proporciona s'hi està bé

Cons:

El nostre aire condicionat no refredava prou. Només hi ha 1 ascensor, cosa que provoca llargues esperes. Els coixins eren petits. El llit de matrimoni era de 135 cm.

Clean, Friendly staff and location super
Pros:

Location was good, 3 mins walk to restaurants, eateries. The breakfast was super, wide spread of international breakfast including local spread. Very comfortable dining area but need to climb up to level 2 as it is in the next block without lift. The only setback was the noise from the Pub in front of the hotel. Ask for room away from the pub. The hotel has prepared us before we decide to take the room. We are alright with noise, not so bad.

Cons:

Nothing except the noise can be very loud if you are outside the hotel. But a lot of activities makes the place very vibrant in the night.

Cons:

Pool had a very strong chemical smell and it felt like it burned my skin , the pool had been closed the previous day for matinence so I guess that’s why .
Balcony was pitiful , dead pot plants and generally unkept.

Pros:

The hotel itself was good with nice facilities, a good breakfast and in the middle of the walking street area and a good location for sightseeing. Reception staff great and eager to assist as much as possible.

Cons:

After booking you will get a message warning about the loud music and saying ear plugs are available. If you are a light sleeper it will be difficult to sleep until 3am.

I had booked a room with a large double and a walk in shower, but was given a twin with a low shower in the bath. I was a solo traveller and tired so didn’t worry about it but worth keeping an eye out.

Pros:

The young lady on reception Pearl, was simply amazing very helpful, recommended a full day tour to us which was well worth the time.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable, would highly recommend this accommodation.
