Very helpful staff, made my life ealier when they would.book specific Tour (it was fantastic with English speaking guide Hanh) and train ticket, or help me to make some call to local shops where there were language barrier.
I enjoyed the sunrise from my balcony each morning, it made up for the loud noise at night from the pubs. The staff offered me quiter room,but i rather have room with balcony to watch the sun rise.
- pretty much already aware of the pub noise in yhe old town. So it was a personal compromise.
- ear plugs and double up with headphone worked for me.
