Pros:

L'emplacement face à l'océan, après il manquait vraiment de prestation pour le tarif

Cons:

Les draps sentaient mauvais, pas de ventilateur ni de clim dans les chambres.
L'état de l'établissement: manque d'investissement pour le conserver agréable extérieurement

Very bad experience. Not recommended.
Pros:

- location was fantastic. Right on the beach. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about this hotel.

Cons:

We stayed in Room #112.
- toilets smelled horribly like urine (even after it was “cleaned” again). This single factor made our stay impossible and - frankly - we can’t believe that room is fully compliant with sanitary regulations and that other guests have not been complaining about this. It was a traumatizing experience for us and for our children.
- cleaners entered our room at 9am for cleaning the room and woke us all up, which was very upsetting (check out is at 11am!). The cleaner was, ridiculously, also upset and impatient when we told her she should have not done that (as it’s way too early for cleaning rooms) and also asked her to return a bit later.
- some towels were stained with some orange material (indicating, again, very poor cleanliness)
- safe was not functioning and was also not mounted onto the wall, making it practically very easy for anyone to just lift it and walk away
- on our first day, as we entered the room, shampoo dispenser was almost empty, requiring us to ask the reception to refill it. This can not be acceptable and guests should not remind the cleaners to do their job.
- mold was visible in the bathroom ceiling and at the bottom edges, which - again - is an evidence that the cleaner(s) are doing a very bad job, not cleaning and maintaining the rooms like they should be doing. Very disturbing and upsetting, especially when we paid more than €350/night!

Para acceder a playa Bidart , perfecto.
Pros:

Ubicación privilegiada, parking propio gratuito.

Cons:

Por poner una pega , las habitaciones no son muy grandes y al no tener aire acondicionado con calor dan sensación de ahogo.

las habitaciones no estaban limpias, las camas son duras como roca de mar, bastantes insectos, el servicio del personal de la chia de recepcion le incomodaba que le preguntaran, en cambio el chico muy amable, el desayuno muy regular
