Struttura Consigliata
Pros:

Pulizia eccezionale, colazione adeguata

Cons:

Posizione eccellente: il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La struttura si presenta molto pulita e ben organizzata; un plauso particolare va allo staff delle pulizie, che ha mantenuto la camera in condizioni impeccabili per tutto il soggiorno.

Il personale della reception e dell’area colazione mi è sembrato un po’ meno sorridente e cordiale rispetto agli standard che solitamente si trovano in strutture di questo livello, ma comunque professionale e adeguato.

L’unico aspetto negativo, non imputabile all’hotel ma alla zona circostante, riguarda il lungomare: la sera il percorso per rientrare in struttura risulta particolarmente buio a causa del mancato funzionamento di molti lampioni del centro (almeno nel periodo di giugno, quando ho soggiornato). Questo rende la passeggiata meno piacevole e confortevole nelle ore serali.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena por situarse frente al mar, y su cercanía con el centro y el puerto. Facilitan el servicio de alquiler de bicicletas y scooter, que te llevan al estacionamiento del hotel y cuentan con un servicio de traslado a la playa Lido Burrone. El diseño del hotel es bonito, con un buen sector de jardín al frente con mesas y sillones, con un bar/restaurante. Cuentan también con ascensor

Cons:

Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad y no renuevan en tiempo los productos cuando se terminan. Por la noche no hay iluminación en la calle y es muy oscura toda la zona

Lokalizacja blisko centrum, widok na morze z przodu hotelu.

Większość personelu była niezadadowolona ze swojej pracy, Panie które pracują w restauracji hotelowej i dbają o obsługę podczas śniadania nie mówią po angielsku i nie rozumieją prostego zamówienia kawy, na którą i tak trzeba czekać długo bo albo zapomną albo w ogóle nie zapytają. Brak udogodnień jak na hotel 4*, nie znajdziesz tu siłowni, basenu czy czajnika w pokoju. Śniadanie na prawdę kiepskie jak na hotel, brak warzyw, trochę jajek i same słodycze. Wszystko kiepskiej jakości.

Very disappointing, low on amenities, staffing, service and general hospitality.

The facades of the hotel was appealing on arrival, but this was a deceptive start

Cons:

The buffet breakfast compared to other places in Sicily was disappointing and limited. No hot options and use of canned rather than fresh fruit. Very disappointing the hotel seemed very understaffed, their tea room only provided breakfast and so, no dinner options, which they tried to compensate for by having a kiosk cart and tables out front by the busy roadway. Very little service went with it. They offered a daily shuttle service to the beach but as the driver also doubles as the porter, there was one afternoon where we were left stranded with no return shuttle, and no word whatsoever that the driver and shuttle was otherwise employed, collecting new guests from the airport. When I queried this with the management they chastised me for not ringing to find out what changes they had haphazardly made. Poor management overall. One member of my party could understand Italian (I could not) and noted some staff making jokes about us as tourists because we had complained about the excessive mosquitoes (aka mosquito infestation) in the greenery just outside our room.

A luxury facility with all the touches you’d want from a luxury hotel!
Pros:

Great location, pretty hotel, shuttle to beach and front hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Also nice touch to be provided with beautiful, plush beach towels every day. Also, another nice touch was picking you up and dropping you off at the ferry, well most people were dragging their bags to the ferry.
