Everything is great, situation, room, bathroom. So clean, nice and comfortable. Breakfast lacks healthier options but it was okay.

Amazing stay in Favignana
Pros:

Excellent location, amazing staff always ready to give suggestions and recommendations. Possibility to rent bikes and scooters directly at the hotel. Clean hotel with exceptional facilities

Cons:

The WiFi in the room unfortunately didn’t work and the breakfast was not of a 4-star hotel. Can be better

Non hotel 4 stelle!
Pros:

Ottima posizione hotel vicino al centro! Camera grande e pulita! Camerieri colazione e 2 autista navetta gentili!

Cons:

Orari navetta per spiaggia in quanto disponibile soltanto 1 e ogni 2 ore. Colazione non è da hotel 4 stelle ripetitiva e con poca scelta e prodotti non freschi. Personale reception (se ne salvano soltanto 2 gentili) e uno navetta non adeguati a rapportarsi con pubblico. Pagamento cambio teli mare

La struttura è molto bella esternamente, curata e piacevole, soprattutto gli spazi esterni con i lettini, perfetti per rilassarsi

Purtroppo, però, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata presentava diverse criticità. Non era presente neanche uno spazio o uno stendino dove poter far asciugare gli asciugamani e i costumi utilizzati durante la giornata, cosa abbastanza scomoda considerando che ci si trova in una località di mare. Il bagno era privo di finestra e, inoltre, una delle due finestre della camera risultava di fatto poco utilizzabile: essendo la stanza al piano terra, affacciava direttamente sull’ingresso dell’hotel, con conseguente poca privacy.

Un altro problema è stato il forte e persistente cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e dagli scarichi. Lo abbiamo segnalato alla struttura chiedendo se fosse possibile fare qualcosa, ma ci è stato risposto che era dovuto al vento e che si trattava di un problema presente in tutta l’isola. Comprendiamo che la causa possa non dipendere direttamente dalla struttura, ma ci è dispiaciuto che non sia stato fatto alcun tentativo concreto per risolvere o almeno attenuare il disagio. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo inoltre trovato uno scarafaggio in camera.

Anche la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: alcuni cornetti serviti erano chiaramente poco freschi e sembravano essere del giorno precedente.

Nel complesso la struttura è esteticamente molto piacevole e gli spazi esterni sono sicuramente un punto di forza, ma il comfort delle camere, la qualità della colazione e soprattutto la gestione dei problemi segnalati dagli ospiti potrebbero essere decisamente migliorati.
