Frühstück ganz ok. Kage der Unterkunft auch ganz gut. Die Nähe zum Hafen perfekt.

Cons:

Das Personal kann nan rauchen. Wedee freundlich noch aufmerksam. Zwischen Bestellaufnahme und Ausñiefern dauert es eine Ewigkeit und oft wird das falsche gebracht. Sie hören entweder nicht zu oder aber verstehe es nicht. Sind total überfordert- oder einfach unfähig.

Letto molto comodo con cuscini di varie dimensioni e spessori per soddisfare esigenze diverse. Massima disponibilità da parte del personale (ci siamo lamentati di lenzuola macchiate e ci sono state sostituite immediatanente). Colazione abbondante e ricca (anche se mancava il muesli). Posizione buona, vicino al mare ed al centro città.

Cons:

Camera molto buia (era un piano terra fronte mare) e con odore di chiuso. Mancanza di uno spazio esterni adeguato (che probabilmente è ottenibile pagando di più per un piano alto).Pulizia non sempre adeguata. Soffione doccia rotto e lo scarico del lavandino che perdeva e gocciolava sul pavimento. Piccole pecche che però non mi aspetto da un hotel 4 stelle.

Pros:

La posizione fronte mare, comoda per raggiungere il porto, il centro ed i luoghi più belli.
La struttura bellissima curata molto negli spazi comuni e nelle camere.il personale sempre disponibile e cortese. La colazione stupenda con dolce e salato, cose tipiche siciliane: tutto squisito.

Era tutto perfetto. Lo staff molto cordiali, sempre sorridenti. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona. Possibilità di affittare bici o motorino direttamente in hotel. C'è pure la navetta gratuita per lido.

Niente male né nulla di eccezionale. Non economico!
Pros:

La posizione, vicino al centro e sulla direttrice per spostarsi agevolmente. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi. Il mare davanti non è praticabile e quello vicino non vale la pena. Con una bici ci si sposta con facilità.

Cons:

La pulizia della struttura va tenuta più curata è davvero grande e le persone sono incivili purtroppo...Per cui è necessaria una cura spasmodica degli spazi. Sui balconi non ci sono stendibiancheria. È un posto di mare, sarebbero utili. Forse per l'albergo aveva senso qualche dettaglio di cura in più (nel bagno, il frigo vuoto...etc)

Bella struttura vicino al centro e al porto, servizio navetta gratuito per il porto e per cala Burrone molto apprezzato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Da rivedere la pulizia del bagno, c’erano capelli nella doccia.
La colazione era molto abbondante e con prodotti tipici purtroppo non ce la siamo goduta perché lo spazio esterno era invaso da api e la zona interna non era dotata di aria condizionata.

A good choice for one night in Favignana, but wouldn’t come back.

Bed and air conditioning were great. Also super convenient location.

Cons:

Pillows were super thin, shower was very small and tight, and it was super noisy at night and in the morning. At night it was hard to sleep with the music blasting at the restaurant and then same happened at 8 am with music in the breakfast space (also it didn’t help that our room was on top of where breakfast was held so that we also had noise from other guests). I feel like the staff at front desk could have been more attentive as well.
