Kamer en personeel was prima.
Het ontbijt was prijzig en bood te weinig keuze. Bovendien wist ik pas bij aankomst dat het vegetarisch was, terwijl mijn moeder en ik dat niet zijn. Als ik dat van tevoren had geweten, had ik geen ontbijt genomen. Ik houd ook niet van dat gedwongen gedoe door een bepaalde groep. Door een plakje ham of gebakken spek vergaat de wereld niet.

We booked this hotel as a last minute change of plans due to being let down with another booking. The location is surrounded by busy roads and a long way from the town. We didn't book breakfast after reading some comments regarding quality and value for money - Option for Coffee and breakfast sandwiches available at maccie dees across the car park.
Is the hotel being used to house asylum seekers? Seemed to be several hanging around reception and car parking area

A bit out of town - an Uber costs about €20 to the town centre. I got a free upgrade to a suite, so was initially quite pleased, but lots of details let it down. The nI arrived another customer was being given a replacement room that would "hopefully be a lot cleaner". The mattress in my room was very soft, so not particularly comfortable. The kettle didn't work and while there was free water and Pepsi in the minibar, there were no bottle opener. When I asked for both to be remedied, nothing happened, and I had to ask again 12 hours later. The soap ran out in the shower on day 2 (and hadn't been replaced by housekeeping) and the hand soap had been watered down so much there was hardly any soap in it. When I asked for both to be replaced I was given two hand soaps, one of which was completely watered down as well and had to be re-replaced, but no shower/bath soap. The cleaner left cleaning products in the bathroom. When items ran out at breakfast, they weren't replaced even after asking, and I had to get assistance from the front desk as there was very poor restaurant service presence. I wasn't asked if I had enjoyed my stay on checking out. All in all, there are some significant service issues here, and I can't recommend it.

Parkeren en vriendelijk personeel
We hadden vier kamers geboekt. 1 stel had kamer waarvan bedden enorm kraakten en douche zonder deur. Na zeuren kregen zij andere kamer. Baliedame was netjes. Verder viel op dat er volgens ons personeelstekort was. Bijvoorbeeld we hadden in de avond drankjes bij bar gehad. Volgende ochtend stond dit nog op tafel. Bij ontbijt buffet waren eerste dag borden niet schoon. Tweede dag geen lepels. En er lagen eierschalen op de grond. Werd niet opgeruimd. Buiten zitjes waren op en tafels ook op. Ik denk dat als je dit niet verbeterd hotel over een jaar niet meer in de benen te houden is. En oordeel zo streng komt doordat je vier sterren hebt. Dan klopt het niet met wat je ziet.
De rust
Dat ik boek goeie kamer die best wel wat kost.. kom ik daar aan heb ze de kamer weg geven en kreeg kleine kamer waar mij totaal niet bevielt
Erg jammer ook had ik goedkoop kamer gekregen maar dat was niet bedoeling voor zo kamer
