Loved our stay in this unique hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous huge bathroom, lovely spacious room with excellent TV and tea, coffee etc

Cons:

Although comfortable and warm the beds were a little small

Highly recommend
Pros:

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff member, Jessica. Also had to get hold of after hours as we locked ourselves out. Very sorry staff were so helpful and prompt. Thank you. Loved the lift!

Room was rubbish. Bed accessible from one side only (double bed) Plumbing noisy and loud fan takes an age to switch off.

Fabulous experience, great value for money
Pros:

This was an impromptu stay, and it was everything I needed it to be and more. I was lucky enough to be upgraded and the room was lovely. The check-in staff were lovely, friendly and told me everything I needed to know. The price was much lower than all the places nearby, but the service and amenities were as good as anywhere else. Great value for money. I’ll stay here again.

A beautiful hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here. Everything we needed, convenient location and a beautiful building. Very special to find a building that has not been compromised through renovation over time, right down to the lift. Absolutely charmed by it.

One night wasn't enough. Would have liked to stay longer.
Pros:

Perfect location. Short walk to main shopping streets and walkable to the TSB and Hnry stadiums and train station.Very friendly staff. Nice selection of food in cafes. Lovely old building, full of character with large rooms and big comfortable beds. Also very quiet for an inner city hotel. I was travelling with a family member and they kindly gave us rooms next to each other. Mine was a free upgrade.

Cons:

Only one thing. The screen on the side of the bath was hard to move. I turned the shower on and the water was too hot. I found it very difficult to move the screen out of the way to turn the water temperature down. I ended up just reaching through the hot water to turn it down. My travelling companion had the same problem when trying to run the bath.
