It was close to the house we had just sold. It was a long way to the car park in the cold and wind.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

The layout of the bathroom. The towel rack should be within reach of the shower.

Good value. Very close to train station.
Pros:

Historic building with very cool aesthetic. There was a Freemasons meeting going on while I was there which added to the whole vibe. Staff was nice. Attached to a good sandwich shop.

Cons:

Bit of mould in the bathroom but nothing too much to worry about. Beware that the front desk isn't staffed after 4 or 5pm, so checking in can be a bit of trouble and there is no way to leave your bags while you are out for the day.

Really enjoyed staying here, friendly staff, excellent room.
Pros:

This was such a cool place to stay! Very unique. Bed was super comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was huge!

Cons:

The elevator was old school and a bit clunky but part of the charm

A special character hotel. My room was comfortable and warm
Pros:

Location is perfect. I was attending a conference at the National Library. The Wellesley is central which makes it close to everything.

Cons:

Getting on and off the elevator when you’ve got lots of bags and travelling solo can take some manoeuvring. But otherwise this is a real special place

Gorgeous huge bathroom, lovely spacious room with excellent TV and tea, coffee etc

Pros:

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff member, Jessica. Also had to get hold of after hours as we locked ourselves out. Very sorry staff were so helpful and prompt. Thank you. Loved the lift!
