The hotel was an excellent base while visiting various places at Saaremaa.
Pros:

Your breakfast supply was exactly the same every morning. You might want to include some changes and that would be appreciated by the guests who stay longer than 1 - 2 nights.

Сніданки були смачними, в затишному лаунж та в спа було зручно та комфортно. Привітний персонал.

Мені не сподобалося розташування апартаментів. На сайті було зазначено, що вхід окремий, але не було чітко вказано, що апартаменти знаходяться не в самому готелі Arensburg, а в іншій будівлі. Через це відвідувати СПА було не дуже зручно, особливо коли потрібно було носити із собою речі.

Щодо самих апартаментів — приміщення ванної кімнати дуже маленьке. Там розміщені душова кабіна, раковина та туалет, і простору практично немає (приблизно 1–2 кв.м). Раковина також дуже маленька, тому вода постійно розбризкується, а душова кабіна теж досить тісна.

У кухонній зоні місце для приготування їжі, на мою думку, більше символічне, ніж повноцінне.

Я дуже хотіла відчути атмосферу саме готелю Arensburg, але, на жаль, мої очікування не зовсім виправдалися.

Водночас хочу відзначити дуже приємне ставлення адміністрації готелю. Після мого звернення нам подарували ваучер на вечерю в ресторані готелю на суму 60 євро, за що я щиро вдячна. У ресторані була чудова атмосфера, а їжа була дуже смачною.

Asukoht kesklinnas , jalutus käigu kaugusel lossihoov, hommiku söök oli väga hea.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Arensburg Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer geräumig, Betten bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück reichhaltig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wellnessbereich mit dem Pool wirklich lohnenswert.

Cons:

Leider hatte an dem Tag das Restaurant geschlossen, man gab uns eine Empfehlung für ein anderes.
