Pros:

This was just a fantastic place with amazing staff and location. Everyone was so friendly, especially to the kids. Vincenzo in the breakfast was so friendly to the kids and so was all the other employees. They even offered babysitting if we would have wanted to go out for dinner one evening without the kids.

Toxic management, disrespectful treatment, and a complete lack of customer service. Appalling attitude of the “boss”
Pros:

Stayed at this property, and while the physical hotel itself has potential, the entire experience was completely ruined by the appalling attitude of the General Manager/“boss”.
From the moment we interacted, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in basic hospitality skills. Instead of treating paying guests with respect, she treated us with blatant condescension-as we didn’t deserve their time or basic courtesy. A hotel culture starts at the top, it is clear why the service here feels so cold. If the management views paying customers as a nuisance rather than valued guests, they are in the wrong industry.
Pros: Location and the other staff was decent
Cons: Toxic management, disrespectful treatment, and a complete lack of customer service.
I will not be returning, and I’ll spend somewhere where management actually understands the concept of hospitality.

Pros:

The staff were very obliging, and breakfast was very good. The location suited us, but you need to know about the bus and train if you are not traveling by car.

Pros:

The staff was amazing ! From the first moment we stepped in the reception the gentleman at the desk was super nice, explained everything we needed to know and at breakfast (great breakfast by the way) another gentleman gave us advice for nice places to go and was super nice as well.
I recommend it at 100% !
