Detelina Hotel

A medence kicsit hideg volt, de nem volt túl jó időnk, lehet emiatt. A tengerhez sétálni kell, elég lejtősek az utcák. Viszont megéri kicsit tivább is sétálni, nagyon szép volt! Szerettük

Este foarte murdar , de când am ajuns în cameră era deja mizerie pe jos , totul este făcut la superficial , doamnele care ar trebui să se ocupe de curățenie sunt și par extrem de obosite ! Am stat la etajul 7 în camera 709 , efectiv miroase a wc public , este atât de multă mizerie , sunt total depășiți de situație ! Ca și mâncare cred ca e singurul plus , este diversificată cât de cât ! Sucurile sunt de fapt sucurile noastre vechi la pliculeț , cele ok le găsiți la barul de la piscină și la cel din interior ! Stațiunea nu există este efectiv doar gunoi , iar cele câteva magazine din jur sunt extrem de scumpe la tot ! Pentru a ajunge la plajă trebuie coborâtă o vale , e ok la urcare mai greu !

Lipsa șampon in baie , schimbat prosoape doar la cerere !

This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Everything was dirty—from the room and elevator to the pool and dining area. It was the first time in my life that I saw cats and seagulls drinking water from a swimming pool. To make matters worse, there was pigeon droppings everywhere around the property.

We left our towels on the floor to be replaced, and housekeeping simply mopped around them. During our 5-day stay, the bed sheets were never changed, and the towels were replaced only once when we tracked down the cleaning lady ourselves.

The bathroom was poorly designed, with the shower drain located in front of the toilet, meaning that every time you take a shower, the entire bathroom floods before the water slowly drains away. There was no shower gel provided, and the bathroom constantly smelled like urine.

The food was awful, with very little variety and few edible options. To give an example, one lunch’s desserts consisted of cheap bulk cookies and some mysterious mousse. The quality and selection were extremely disappointing.

The surrounding area is not much better. The hotel is located on a hill, and the beach has a very steep drop-off into the sea, making it unsuitable for children. If you need to get to the city center, avoid the taxi service recommended by the hotel—it charges a flat €12. Using a taxi app costs around €5 for the same trip.

Nu am nimic de adăugat, pentru mine a fost totul ok

A fürdőben zuhanyzás után áll a víz íg aki fürdés után be akar menni a wc-re vízben kell állni. Van kondi terem, de használhatatlan. Mert nincs karbantartva. A billiárd ugyan úgy Sajnos! Pedig tényleg jó szálloda! A konyha szerintem ízetlenül főz( mondom ezt vendéglátósként). A választék széles, de kicsit ízesebben kéne főzni.

The request for late checkout at 14:00 was possible only for a charge, which was a small amount like 10 EUR, but could have been done as a goodwill gesture, since it doesn't have a cost and there was availability.

Nu ajunge WiFi pana la etajul 7, lifturile sunt functionale din cand in cand si merg foarte greu. In 6 zile am luat de mai putin de 10 ori si a trebuit sa urc/cobor de la etajul 7. Piscina nu parea mereu curata, apa nu era limpede.

Пренаселен хотел, недостиг на места за хранене, недостиг на шезлонги около басейна ,масата за билярд счупена имаше и фитнес уреди който не работят. Стаята не беше добре почистена още при настаняване.

Не сподобалось мягко кажучи:
1.Брудно всюди
2.Маленький вибір їжі,не смачна,занадто жирна.Десерти жахливі,фруктів всього лише 2 максимум 3 вида
3.Немає перегородки у ванній кімнаті,тобто туалет та душ разом
4.Грибок у ванній
5.У нас не було у ванній кімнаті гелю для душу,після третього прохання нам змогли його принести
6.Жахливий стан столів та стільців на вулиці
7.Величезна кількість комах
8.Басейн зелений
9.Два ліфта в які поміщаються 3 людини,один з ліфтів не працював
10.Постільну білизну не змінюють,тільки рушники якщо пощастить
