للأسف هذه كانت المرة الثانية التي أسكن فيها هذا الفندق، وكنت أعطيه فرصة أخرى على أمل أن يكون قد تحسن، لكن للأسف كانت التجربة أسوأ من المرة السابقة.

الفندق لا يستحق تصنيف 4 نجوم، لا من قريب ولا من بعيد. مستوى النظافة متدنٍ جدًا؛ فقد وجدت في دورة المياه حشرات صغيرة تشبه الذباب، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا. المناشف قديمة جدًا ومائلة إلى الاصفرار من كثرة الاستخدام، والمفارش والأسرة قديمة ومهترئة وغير مريحة للنوم، كما أن كثيرًا من الأثاث والفرش يبدو متسخًا ومستهلكًا.

التكييف كان سيئًا جدًا، ولم يكن قادرًا على تبريد الغرفة رغم حرارة الصيف، مما جعل الإقامة مزعجة للغاية.

أما موظفو الاستقبال، فمعظمهم كانوا غير ودودين وغير متعاونين، والاستثناء الوحيد كان الموظفة ذات الشعر الأسود التي كانت في الشفت الصباحي حوالي الساعة العاشرة، فقد كانت صاحبة أخلاق طيبة وتعاملها أفضل من بقية الموظفين.

ومن السلبيات أيضًا عدم وجود مواقف سيارات مخصصة للفندق، وهو أمر مزعج للنزلاء.

للأسف لن أكرر التجربة مرة أخرى، ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق حتى يتم تحسين مستوى النظافة، وصيانة الغرف، وتجديد الأثاث والمفارش، والاهتمام بالتكييف ورفع مستوى خدمة العملاء.

Friendly Staff, Excellent location, but the room!!
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Centric location. The room size and style, especially the clean and renovated restroom.

Cons:

The AC was blowing bad smell, sometimes cigarette smoke and sometimes stinky restroom smell. I called service after the first night, the maintenance guy came and fixed something in the duct. The smell disappeared only till the next day but the AC became a bit warm. As the smell came back, I called again but nobody came to fix it for the remaining two days. Although the restrooms seem recently renovated, the room furniture and carpet seem quite old.

الزيارة السابقة كانت قبل 3 أشهر كانت رائعة الاستقبال كان من اروع ما يكون وعندما نطلب اي شيئ من داخل الفندق او خارجه كانو الموظفين يساعدوننا في ذلك

اللذي لم يعجبني موظفة الاستقبال في الدوام الصباحي تتعامل مع النزلاء بأستعلاء ولا تقدم اي مساعدة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فشل الاتصال بالانترنت اتصلت بالموظفة قالت لي اعد تشغيل الهاتف فقمت بذلك وعندما اخبرتها قالت لي لا يوجد فنيين الان فاخبرتها ان تعيد تشغيل الراوتر ضحكت باستزاء وقالت لي لأ طبعا ما بيزبط رغم ان هذه المشكلة واجهتني مع موظف استقبال الليل وقال لي انه سيعيد تشغيل الراوتر وفعلا اشتغل النت . وقمت بطلب دراي كلين قالت انها سوف ترسل الروم سيرفس ولم يأتي احد واغلقت الهاتف في وجهي رغم انني كنت اريد ان اطلب منشفة ولم اطلب ولم اعاود الاتصال بسبب اسلوبها السيئ والرديئ في التعامل مع النزلاء يرجى اختيار الموظفين بعناية اكثر لأنني في زيارتي السابقة رجعت لنفس الفندق للتعامل الجيد ولكن الان من المؤكد لن اعود ولن انصح بهذا الفندق
