Good location and cleanliness, but the serious door-lock problem, two-hour wait, and lack of compensation made this a di
Pros:

I liked the hotel’s location and the cleanliness of the property. The location was convenient and the room was generally clean

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room door became locked and I was unable to open it. I had to stay at the reception for more than two hours waiting for the issue to be resolved. Eventually, my room was changed after this long and frustrating wait. This caused significant inconvenience and negatively affected my stay. What was particularly disappointing was that no compensation or appropriate gesture was offered for this serious inconvenience.

Pros:

Pros:
