Pros:

Prostredie, miky a ustretovy personal.

Cons:

Vybavenie izby, hlavne postele uz mali svoje dni za sebou. V den prichodu nam oznamili, ze je restauracia v hotely zatvorena, takze stravu si bolo potrebne zabezpecit mimo hotela.

man hat einfach alles gemacht, damit man als Gast ja nicht mehr wieder kommen möchte...
Pros:

- Hotel ist außerhalb vom Kremnica gelegen, rund herum ist nichts, somit ruhiger Aufenthalt garantiert
- Bar war neu renoviert (restliches Zimmer usw aber nicht)

Cons:

- ich war 08./09.07.2026 dort (Buchung 14.06.2026), ab 07.07.2026 bekam ich eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung, dass seit 29.06.2026 das Restaurant wegen Urlaub geschlossen ist, zum Zeitpunkt der E-Mail war kein kostenfreies Storno mehr möglich (somit gehe ich davon aus, dass man mit dieser Info bewusst bis zu jenem Zeitpunkt gewartet hat, dass ja kein Storno mehr möglich ist, Storno wäre bis 02.07.2026 möglich gewesen, Restauranturlaub war dem Hotel bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt jedenfalls bekannt, daher hätte ein redliches Hotel zeitig = vor Stornofrist Bescheid gegeben!)
- Wellnessbereich war ganztätig geschlossen (darüber wurde nur über einem ausschließlich auf slowakisch verfassten Hinweis an der Zutrittstür hingewiesen)
- Frühstück wurde angeboten, sollte um 08.00 Uhr beginnen, um 08.15 Uhr war es dann auch aufgebaut. Spiegeleier = METRO-Tiefkühl-Ware (Eiweiß war noch roh, somit nicht richtig aufgewärmt), Gemüse dürfte bereits am Vortag vorbereitet und im Kühlschrank gelagert worden sein (erkennbar an den Schnittkanten!), Rohlíky-Brot vom Vortag (steinhart!), und bei den anderen Sachen (abgepackter Butter, abgepackter Leberaufstrich, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Joghurt usw) kann man nicht viel falsch machen
- Badezimmer+WC ist von anderen Zimmern recht gut einsehbar gewesen (und es war auch jemand am Fenster von einem dieser Zimmer und hat rausgeguckt, als ich gerade auf der WC-Schüssel saß)
- Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt (wurde nachts mehrmals wach, vermutlich weil mich das Knarren bei jeder Bewegung aufgeweckt hat)
- Zimmer im Dachgeschoß gehabt (gefühlt über 30 Grad im Zimmer gehabt)
- kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer
- WLAN ständig unterbrochen und somit nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar (Youtube oä nicht nutzbar)
- Gespräche von Zimmernachbarn gehört
- Zufahrtsstraße ist nur einspurig (zurückschieben bergauf/bergab notwendig, wenn einem jemand entgegen kommt)
- Parkplatz ist Schotterpiste/Wiese, man muss kleinen Bordstein überfahren, um parken zu können

Miesto bolo tiché a pokojné, mimo mestského ruchu. Personál bol veľmi ochotný a ústretový. A bazén, welness, výborné.

Cons:

Ak môžem podotknúť, na izbe chýba pevný stôl. Inak všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku.

Sajnos a tulajdonos nem volt kedves, enyhe magyarellenességet éreztem. A tulaj nem tud angolul, de azért egy minimál ügy miatt belémkötött és ez nem volt jó érzés.

Hotel ma jedinecnu atmosferu, ktoru mu dodavaju majitelia, aj personal. Hladaju sposob, ako nastavit vzajomnu harmoniu a dari sa im. Ale musite chciet vidiet detaily, ktore vam prezradia, ze tu ide o viac, ako poskytnutie sluzby. Je to zivotny styl, zdielany s tymi, ktori maju zaujem.
V hoteli Golfer sme stravili prijemne chvile, podporene vynikajucim jedlom.

The hotel itself was really nice with close distance to the city centre. Pool and spa facilities were also nice and clean. The room itself was clean and tidy having the things we needed for the stay. Overall, a good stay but I would say there were just a few issues that did not make our experience and expectations stress free.

Cons:

They mixed the rooms whilst we were checking in as the things on the system didn't match the paper reservations they had. Right after the check in, my parents were asked to come to pay for the stay (they had a separate booking) and they've been asked to settle the bill for our stay as well when we already paid in advance. I had to show the confirmation of the pay at the reception because they said they didn't have it on the system. On the first night there was no hot water in the evening.

Definitely overrated on the booking.com. I booked this for my family. The staff mixed up the rooms and was so confused during the check in. They need to sort out their system. There was no hot water, the staff was made aware but it didn't get resolved until next day. Then they tried to overcharge them. For what is and where it is. It's not worth it. You better off with booking somewhere else.

Čisté, príjemné, dobrá lokalita, ticho

Cons:

Napriek telefonickému uisteniu ako i info na web stránke hotela nebola možnosť nabíjania elektromobilu (pri nabíjačke umiestnený veľkokapacitný kontajner). Po info priamo na recepcii bez nejakej snahy riešenia. To bolo sklamanie.
