According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Localização
O café da manhã foi ótimo, com tapioca feita na hora e diversas opções. Além disso, a localização é perfeita e o atendimento foi ótimo. Para passar uma noite tem um bom custo benefício e ainda conta com uma vista linda do rooftop.
A limpeza do quarto não estava em dia, as cortinas mofadas. A cama parecia bem antiga e já estava com deformações no colchão. E o chuveiro era elétrico sendo um pouco fraco.
De um modo geral o hotel nos agradou muito. Atendimento impecável e restaurante excelente!

La ubicación y es buena la comida
Mala distribución de la habitación, y muy descuidada, el control del aire mo funcionaba bien, la TV muy mal ubicada, mal olor.
El Internet es super malo.
El restaurante del piso 17 te cobra entrada a pesar que estas hospedado allí.

Nos sentimos en un ambiente familiar, desde la bienvenida en Recepción con Guilherme y Marina (Lilián, Sebastião), especial apoyo de Fabio; el equipo de restaurante junto a Daniela y mención especial para el servicio del Rooftp Pool Bar (J.Paulo, Douglas, Raul, Manuel, Edvan). Felicidades a todo el equipo de cocina!
Fué la mejor elección para disfrutar nuestra previa al vuelo de regreso, desde Recife a Uruguay, superó nuestras expectativas, las instalaciones renovadas y la limpieza son el plus para recomendarlos 100%.
Nada para observar, todo fue excelente (a modo de sugerencia solo el detalle de la TV que es pequeña); se nota la capacitación del personal y el buen trabajo en equipo. Queremos volver pronto!
