Pros:

Es un hotel en el mismo centro del pueblo, la decoración clásica y romántica, se trata de un hotel modernista. Está muy bien insonorizado y limpio. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Las almohadas no están al nivel de un 4 estrellas, es un detalle fácil de solucionar. Estaría bien tener una plancha en la habitación. No tiene ascensor.

Bruyant jusqu'à 23h00 à cause de la porte du bas qui ne ce ferme pas , le bruit de la place arrive jusqu'en haut ( peut-être prévoir une porte intermédiaire pour couper le bruit ?)
Petit déjeuner de l'hotel trop tardif.
Chambre situé dans un "annexe " de l'hotel et non pas dans l'hotel même.

Très belle expérience, la vue est superbe, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue de notre chambre sur la place animée avec la cathédrale comme décor de fond. On pourrait croire que le bruit d’ambiance empièterait sur la tranquillité du lieu, mais au contraire, une fois les fenêtres fermées, plus aucun bruit se fait entendre. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle, et la décoration - typiquement espagnole - apporte beaucoup de charme au bâtiment. La propreté du lieu est à souligner, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Les draps sentaient bons. Pas d’odeur de tabac, la salle de bain était irréprochable.
Le personnel était agréable et disponible.
Enfin, les nombreux bars sur la place, et les petits restaurants, permettent de profiter de la ville, tout en ayant l’hôtel à deux pas.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner : malgré une belle prestation, celui-ci n’est pas inclus dans l’offre et reste relativement cher.
Une place de parking peut être réservée (payante) mais pour la trouver c’est une toute autre histoire. Le parking est certes proche de l’hôtel et facile d’accès, mais il est difficile à trouver. Des indications plus précises qu’une simple adresse - dont Google maps, Plan, et Waze, peinent à trouver - auraient été la bienvenue (photos, chemin etc).
Enfin, notre arrivée étant tardive, il nous était indiqué que l’hôtel prendrait contact avec nous dans la journée afin d’organiser cette arrivée cependant ce ne fut pas le cas. Cela aurait pu éviter un petit coup de stress et rendre l’arrivée plus agréable.

A great place to stay in the centre of Soller especially on World Cup final night with Spain winning!
Pros:

Great location, really helpful pleasant staff, good restaurant, comfortable room with good air conditioning.

Cons:

No lift or pool, parking offsite with no advance advice about access although staff really helpful once we arrived.

Pros:

The room is a decent size. Location is right on the main square in Soller. The food in the hotel restaurant is very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room (including the toilet) had not been cleaned properly when I checked in and went in. When I let them know, they sent a cleaner up an hour or so later to clean it. The woman on the desk has a rather brusque manner which borders on rude. I did not feel particularly welcomed or taken care of. Would definitely not stay again.

The location is everything. I would definitely return.
Pros:

Location is superb. This was the second time I had stayed at Hotel La Vila and it didn’t disappoint. It’s very simple. Breakfast isn’t included so I had breakfast elsewhere. One day I had no hot water but the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. It would be nice to have a change of sheets and more soap provided. Also fresh supplies of bottled water. Air con worked well.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement sur la place permettant de profiter de la vie du village le matin et le soir.
Décor d’époque.

Cons:

Accueil peu avenant.
Salle de restaurant et terrasse à l’arrière pas très soigné. Dommage car l’hôtel bénéficie d’un bel emplacement.
