Huone oli viihtyisä, kaunis sisustus.
Hyvä sijainti, ravintolassa hyvä ruoka.
Henkilökunta ei osannut suomea sujuvasti tai edes välttävästi.
Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta älyttömän ystävällinen! Oli mukavaa että sauna/suihku ja WC olivat eri tiloissa.
Huone oli älyttömän kuuma ja tunkkainen. Jos huoneessa on sauna ja poreamme, olisi mielestäni kohtuullista olla edes jonkinlainen ilmastointi tai tapa säätää huoneen lämpötilaa. Kukaan majoittujista ei saanut kuumuuden keskellä nukuttua. Jo huoneeseen saapuessamme ilmanlaatu tuntui raskaalta ja tunkkaiselta. Huoneeseen joutui mennä kolmen käytävän ja kahden hissin kautta. Todella epäkäytännöllinen ja tönkkö huonesijainti. Parkkikäytännöt aivan todella monimutkaiset ja sekavat. Aivan liian kallis hinta tämänlaiseen kokemukseen.

Sijainti ja aamiainen hyvä, vaikka aamiainen ei kuulunut hotellihuoneen hintaan.
On hämäystä myydä hotellihuone ilman, että että aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan. Hotelli saatiin näyttämään halvemmalla kuin laadukkaamman naapurin, S hotellin hinta. Lisäksi huone haisi viemärille ja vaikka hoono soomi siistijä kävi niin tilanne ei parantunut. Televisio sammuili koko ajan, ei kuulemma asialle voinut nyt viikonloppuna tehdä mitään. Tummapaahtoinen kahvi puuttui aamiaiselta. Tarjoilija ei ymmärtänyt vaikka kysyin, laski minulle vain laihaa kahvia kuppiin.
