Everything proximity to port of caen and easy to find, check in quick and easy. Room lovely and clean and large, complimentary tea and coffee and secure parking

A very friendly, helpful welcome sorted out an issue with the booking ( not their fault). This is a small very attractive hotel ideally situated for the ferry. The room was comfortable and very clean and the on-sight restaurant was a boon.

Unable to have breakfast, at hotel. Needed to get to ferry. Time constraint. But to be honest we will get up earlier so we can enjoy hotels breakfast. Ferry breakfast was not up to hotels standard. Our mistake!

Very pleasant staff and also it is very close to the Ferry port.
Very easy to find from the ferry late at night and a lovely welcome at reception. Very comfortable bed and a kettle and tea bags for a drink in the room. Cold water to drink on the corridor. Breakfast in the morning had an excellent choice of food including bacon and delicious scrambled eggs., choice of breads and yogurts etc.

the 24 hour reception was marvellous as we arrived after 12pm local time after a long wait at Customs from the ferry from England. The receptionist was kind and helpful, taking some of our cases to the room for us. The Chambres Communicates (inter- connecting rooms) on the ground floor were very suitable for us. Breakfast was varied and replenished often: scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs; different breads and patisseries; dried fruit, Muesli, Cornflakes. Cold meats and camembert. Soya milk was notable for dairy free provision.
The rooms had everything needed, but the en-suite was a little small. The toilet was especially cramped, being cheek by jowl with the wash basin one side and the shower cubicle the other side. However the water flow was wonderful! a good strong flow and instant hot water. The fan was too strong on the Climatisation. It made me cold and was like trying to sleep in a breeze. I found out how to switch it off in the end.
Great location. Room was immaculate and nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and friendly.
