It's worth visiting.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and mostly competent.We didn't use the pool -the sea is about 180 meters from the hotel. The food we ate for breakfast was fresh and delicious. The quality of vegetables, juices and various sorts of cheese is perfect. In our opinion, the location of Sheraton is excellent, very attractive park zones, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as some tourist attractions.

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes/tobacco on the 18th floor, where we stayed.

בסהכ התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהייה בשרתון בטומי

ארוחת הבוקר והמסז׳

Cons:

שילמנו על חדר ושימוש בטרקלין.
אכן קיבלנו חדר הצופה לים, אך בשני הלילות ששהינו בו שמעו חזק מאוד את הרעשים ממסיבות במועדונים שליד המלון, שוחחתי בלילה עם המנכל שאמר שככה זה בעונה הזו, אז למה אתם לא מיידעים את הבאים למלון? כדי שיוכלו לבחור? כאנשים שלא נוהגים להתלונן, חשבנו שהרעש בלילה הראשון נבע מפתיחת אירועי קיץ ובזאת זה יסתיים וכך מצאנו את עצמנו ערים עד 05.00 בשני בקרים מתוך שלושה, בהם שהינו בשרתון. למנכל לא היו פתרונות בלילה השני, אלא רק בשלישי, בו הוחלף החדר וסוף סוף זכינו לישון כמו שצריך..
בנוסף, לגבי הטרקלין

18.00-20.00 בה הוגשה ארוחת ערב, שהיתה בהחלט נחמדה
לאורך היום ועד הסגירה ההיצע בטרקלין עלוב מאוד מאוד, ישנם שני סוגי פירות, צלוחית יוגורט אחת ומעט גרנולה בצלוחית אחרת, 2 סוגי עוגיות, פיצוחים ופרי יבש. ברוב הזמן אין למי לפנות כי אף אחד לא נמצא… יש קפה אך בנוגע לשתיה קלה, בעיקר ללא סוכר, לא תמיד היה בנמצא ולא תמיד מצאנו ממי לבקש…
התאכזבנו מאוד מאוד וזו היתה הוצאה מיותרת לחלוטין.

Отличный отель. Месторасположение, безусловно, там, где и должен быть отель такого уровня—центр города.
Прекрасные завтраки, удобные кровати, просторные номера. Отмечу чистоту открытого бассейна! Спа зона тоже достойная. Персонал, в основном, доброжелателен. Лишь одна сотрудница ресепшен ( грузинка) вела себя свысока и так и не решила наш вопрос( была просьба принести зубные щётки).

Cons:

Так как я на отдыхе остаюсь в спорт режиме ——тренажерный зал был в моем расписании. Зал небольшой, в принципе тренажеры можно адаптировать под задачи тренировки, но в зале ДУХОТА и плюс влажность из-за близости бассейна спа зоны!!!!!
Кондиционеры не работают ( вообще не поняла, есть-ли они там) Открытые окна ситуацию не спасают. Заниматься тяжело. Этот вопрос решить отелю такого уровня крайне необходимо, тк я видела, что были желающие заниматься, но уходили, не выдержав температурные условия в зале.

И ещё момент: мебель в номере немного уставшая: сколы, потертости ( это конечно, задача, требующая больших вложений) , но вот решить вопрос с работой сейфа, думаю, можно. С трудом закрывался, западают кнопки.

Wonderful Experience at Sheraton Batumi
Pros:

We had a great family stay (6 people) at the Sheraton Batumi! The room was large, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly soundproofed with a great view. The service was outstanding - the staff at reception, room service and in the dining room were incredibly patient and kind. The beach is nearby, the facilities are fantastic: a huge outdoor pool with perfect water temperature, plus a top-notch clean spa with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam and saunas. The only points for improvement are the weak air conditioning in the lobby and the lack of a proper pedestrian path to the main road on the left side of the entrance. Overall, highly recommended for families!

Will never stay there anymore unless major improvements
Pros:

The bedroom is accepteble

Cons:

The service at the reception was good only when tbe manager intervened it gets slightly better other staff are not friendly and almost not respectful
At the breakfast waitresses and egg station staff are arrogant and rude. Also cleaning of table is not acceptable many times.
The hotel is getting old a definitely need full renovation or refurbishing for the price that we paid it is not supported.

ניקיון וצוות המלון עזרו ונתנו שרות .בריכה חיצונית גדולה ומרווחת צוות מזנון מעולה.

Cons:

בשעות ארוחות הבוקר עומס רב בחדר האוכל שממש אין מקום לשבת גם לא במרפסת . צוות חדר האוכל לא מצליח לעמוד בעומס לפנות שולחנות ולסדרם שוב . אולי יש מקום של הוספת אנשי צוות. קזינו אפוף עשן סיגריות בצורה קיצונית

The hotel is located in a very nice area.The room was very comfortable with a large bed and very good sleeping quality.The breakfast was good.
