Excellent location and services provided by the Hotel.
Pros:

The Staff were all polite and very helpful. They understood very well our requests made in English and did their very best to help us. We particularly liked using the jacuzzi on the top floor and the related facilities. Very clean and relaxing!

Very comfortable hotel with a great location
Pros:

The hotel is very assessible. There's underpass to Hakata airport line and other lines. The bus stop in front of the hotel has a few busses to lalaport.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It even has a nespresso machine in the room.

Superb location but not necessarily the best value for money. Very good amenities if you have a baby

Superb location, very convenient just across the road from Hakata station with plenty of shops and restaurants. Express lift from the street level was also convenient, without the need to transfer/change lifts. Room is a decent size for Japan (Superior King Room). The baby cot and baby bath basin provided for free was a great added bonus. Overall good stay. Seems like a nice rooftop swimming pool (didn't use it but only visited it on the way to the public bath). The taxi drop off area is a nice touch (as we have a baby and plenty of luggage).

Cons:

Public bath was underwhelming, choose another hotel if this mattered. It was too bright, the bath pool was tiny. Pillow was too soft.
