Pros:

Location is good, but not if you have a car. I booked this hotel because it is one of the few ones that has a swimming pool.

Cons:

The parking is not only expensive, but troublesome. A few of the staffs outside the parking area repeatedly asked when we will return for the day. When we said we don't know yet, they weren't happy. This is totally unreasonable. As tourists, we don't know the exact or approximate time that we can return to the hotel. The hours of the parking were displayed on the entrance and we can see that. Maybe give a warm reminder of the closing time feels less intrusive?

Poor value for money.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to the airport shuttle bus.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were too soft. It made my back painful. The carpet was a bit dirty. The phone in the room was covered with dust. Significant wear and tear on edges of wall made by vacuum cleaner was seen on the wall paper reflecting staff cleaning the room was not well trained. The charge for 3 persons were paid but no extra chair or stool was provided so the third person had to stand or sit on the bed to drink the tea throughout the 7 nights. Soap and napkins for tea were not replenished every day. Only 1 out of the 7 nights were napkins replenished. No plates or forks were provided despite the drawer had a compartment designed for storing plates and forks so you had a difficult time serving cakes bought back to the hotel. The hotel charged USD358 per night without breakfast. Poor value for money.

Flot og ekslusivt hotel. Flot lobby med fin café hvor de lavede god kaffe. Fint værelse. Skøn seng. Sov fantastisk

Cons:

Eneste problem ved hotellet er morgenmaden. Der er ikke plads nok og maden var slet ikke op til standarden af resten af hotellets standard. Man skulle vente i kø foran elevatoren sammen med små grædende børn. Stakkels dem! Vi endte med at gå ud og spise morgenmad. Og næste dag stod vi meget tidligt op for at få en plads. Maden var dog virkelig kedelig.
