Breakfast was fine.
Elevator did not work and the only rooms available were above the first floor. My husband just had spinal fusion surgery and can only lift 20 pounds. Hotel should have notified you that the elevator was not working so you could have told us and offered other accommodations. We found a long black hair in the bathtub on the morning we had to get ready to be at a meeting. Apparently the bathtub was not cleaned, I don't think I will use Booking.com again.

I loved being able to pick our room.!!!! The location to my surprise was close to Douglas Lake and a great restaurant right on the lake 5 mins away.

Breakfast somewhat limiting
location is good, right off the highway. did not take advantage of the breakfast due to early start. coffee was available when we needed it.
maybe having dinner/cocktail available in the hotel?
Being 2 exits away from family who live there!
Took 15 mins before anyone showed up at the desk to check us in, and the lady who did who also saw me standing there said she was making a new kind of coffee! She was very rude during check in and our whole stay! I came to visit family 2 exits down! Every other staff memeber was amazing!
Easy check in, and the facility was very clean. There were complimentary cookies, tea, and lemon water. There was a Shoney's just a little way down the road from us. Showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C kept an accurate temperature. The hotel was far enough away from the interstate that we did not hear any traffic. This was a great place to stay.

The staff lady was extremely rude . When my car broke down on the day I was suppose to arrive in 3 states over. And proceeded to tell me they are charging me the full amount for the stay absolutely no sympathy at all . Definitely wouldn't recommend.
I think the ladys name was kris that had breakfast ready that morning....It was the best my wife and I have had at a Hampton Inn. Everthing was really top shelf.
This is 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel over 10 year period Always clean and comfortable with friendly and accommodating staff
