We'll come again!
Pros:

We stayed two nights in the hotel. First night as member of an organized tour and a second night on out own. We reserved a better room than the group booking and were very happy that we got an upgrade for the first night, so we could stay in the same room for our stay. The breakfast is excellent and is topped with a great view over Osaka.

Great accommodation in an excellent area with amazing staff.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was on the 17th floor - a fantastic view to go along with an amazing breakfast. The quality and variety of foods offered at the buffet was exceptional.

A quiet oasis in a busy environment, it is a delight to stay here.
Pros:

Bathroom was a little dated, but was spacious for this type of hotel and it had good amenities. A good size room with a comfortable bed. The room faced west which was great for sunset views (photo from room). The receptionist was warm, friendly and helpful. Coffee shop is very good, with delicious seasonal cakes and bottomless coffee. Sweet potato is very famous in this cafe. Close proximity to famous temples and parks. Room was always kept clean and fresh and coffee and tea always replaced. In a very busy suburb of Osaka, this hotel is an oasis of calm and quiet and it is a great place to return to after a busy day out.

Cons:

Not much. The laundry bag and form was not in the room and it required a visit to reception to get one. Seems like this level of hotel doesn't have a turndown service.

部屋が北側(道路側)であったため、夜中に単車の通る音がうるさかった。

Pros:

1. 房間比想像的大, 設備看得出來有些歲月的痕跡, 但大致上保持著乾淨
2. 早餐總類不多, 但是有蟹肉粥, 咖哩醬等較為特別的選項, 可惜沙拉, 果汁等選擇種類較少
3. 地點就在JR天王寺站及近鐵阿倍野橋站附近, 且周邊多間百貨公司, 逛街與用餐選擇多
