Pros:

O quarto tinha uma vista fantástica sobre a Natureza , os Staff é 5 estrelas. A festa da espuma na Piscina foi uma festa para os meus filhos... a Piscina Aquecida optima.

Cons:

No geral o Buffet é bom, a muqueca de marisco estava ótima, mas verifiquei e não gostei que no Buffet, por exemplo, quando acabam as Gyosas as 20h não são repostas, quando acaba os brigadeiros que lá colocam as 19h30 não são repostos, quando acaba o Mouse não é reposto...só quem chega cedo é que come essas iguarias, estes três exemplos aconteceram-nos a nós... chegamos vimos que tinha e quando fomos para comer já tinham acabado e a resposta do staff é que já não havia mais para reposição, de resto tudo bem...

Estuvo bien pero podria haber sido mejor.
Pros:

Lo que mas nos gusto es que piensan en los niños, el parking gratuito y sobre todo el personal muy agradable que es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

La cama era incomoda, la ducha era incontrolable mojabas todo, los retretes muy incomodos y altos muy difícil de usar para los niños, había marcos de la puerta con humedades, los precios en los restaurantes y bares muy muy caros y la piscina de los niños por la tarde no se podía estar en ella porque estaba tan caliente que quemaba.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal , todo está limpio, las chicas de Kids club súper atentas y pacientes , la piscina de agua caliente , más eventos tipos al del día 29/06

El personal parece asustadas de 2 personas que andan en traje supongo que seran los jefes , para un hotel de 5 estrellas quizás nos hemos esperado a más, la comida no es para tirar cohetes nos falto la plancha al momento , eso si hay comida nueva cada dia , hay varios puntos para ajustar en general en todo el resort , el Spa estaba bien aunque no funcionan varias cosas ,han echo un descuento pero por lo visto en los comentarios hay una cosa que no funciona de 2025 ,
