Pros:

Gostei da simpatia dos funcionários,da piscina de água quente para as crianças,da diversidade de comida ao pequeno almoço e da envolvência.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de placas de sinalização (parecia que andávamos num labirinto)

Uma experiência globalmente positiva, mas sem o mesmo nível de excelência de estadias anteriores.
Pros:

O quarto revelou-se bastante agradável, espaçoso e luminoso, apresentando excelentes condições de limpeza. No entanto, consideramos que as banheiras poderiam ser mais modernas e funcionais. A proteção de vidro existente não é suficiente para evitar que a água se espalhe para o exterior durante a utilização do duche.

Relativamente à restauração, tanto o pequeno-almoço como o jantar foram excelentes, com grande qualidade e variedade.

Destaco ainda a simpatia, profissionalismo e disponibilidade dos funcionários, que contribuíram para uma estadia muito agradável. Contudo, ao contrário do que aconteceu em visitas anteriores, desta vez não nos foi oferecido o acompanhamento ao quarto nem o transporte das malas, um detalhe que valorizávamos e que ajudava a reforçar a sensação de acolhimento e atenção ao cliente.

Cons:

Tendo, na primeira estadia, pago para usufruir do SPA durante os dois dias em que lá estivemos, beneficiámos sempre de um ambiente de calma, tranquilidade e serenidade, bem como de uma espreguiçadeira para cada um de nós, permitindo-nos descansar confortavelmente.

Por esse motivo, ficámos bastante desapontados nesta última estadia, uma vez que não tivemos acesso às mesmas condições. A indisponibilidade de espreguiçadeiras obrigou-nos a circular constantemente entre a sauna, a piscina e as restantes áreas do SPA, sem sequer dispormos de um espaço onde pudéssemos colocar as toalhas e simplesmente relaxar.

Considerando que o acesso ao SPA foi igualmente pago, esperava encontrar um nível de conforto e de organização semelhante ao da experiência anterior.

Disappointed
Pros:

This stay was a present for my 70th birthday. Apart from a note put under the door the next day, my birthday was not acknowledged.
I found this deeply disappointing that not even the girl on reception noticed it was my birthday and a special one at that.!! We will not spend another anniversary of any kind at the resort.
The room was beautiful, clean and large.
We had the dinner in the buffet restaurant which was excellent value for money, and our waitress was excellent.

Great place & with a few extra bits would have been amazing
Pros:

Great location, but needed an onsite shop as nowhere to walk to buy basic groceries to use in the kitchen
The suite was great but the showers were cold
No water on the 3rd night but there was the other two
WiFi intermittent in the room
Staff were very friendly & helpful
The yoga/pilates lady who also did the tour was fantastic
Great pool, but would benefit from a separate kids pool. Not ideal for them & noisy with kids playing.
The food in the pizzeria & buffet & breakfast was all fantastic with excellent choice
The guided walk was informative relaxed ‘ fun

Do atendimento, da piscina, do pequeno almoço e das comodidades em geral. Hotel confortável e bem localizado, com atividades para crianças.

Cons:

Dos detalhes. Para um hotel de cinco estrelas, seria importante dar mais atenção aos detalhes. A torneira que esguicha, as janelas que deixam passar ruído, as cadeiras estragadas na zona de refeição ou o deck da piscina a precisar de atenção. O nosso quarto estava numa das extremidades do hotel e ouviam-se os carros a passar durante a noite, tendo pouco isolamento de ruído. Para um hotel de cinco estrelas, seria expectável maior atenção ao pormenor.
