Impecável
Pros:

A cama King com certeza. O berço para o bebê. A cozinha excelente, bem equipada. A varanda uma delícia. Acomodação serviu muito bem, a tv e os canais … O café, chás, água ❤️

Cons:

A única coisa que acho que poderia ter melhor para exclusividade é até segurança, uma grade de ferro separando uma varanda da outra, no nosso caso ficamos no 414. Então acho que uma divisão ali entre varandas ficaria melhor.

Beautiful resort with lots of realistic options that the management can work on to make it better
Pros:

Big rooms and decent service with lovely pool

Cons:

Mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I would like it to be. No full size mirror in the room even there were enough space. No Netflix with old style tele service. Needs upgrade on TV service

Pros:

Aparthotel / Quartos espaçosos e equipados. Limpeza boa. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Vista para a serra boa. Piscinas exteriores adequadas e com bom apoio. Colaboradores muito prestáveis e disponiveis.

Cons:

SPA não está a funcionar em pleno, deixando a desejar. Um dos quartos teve de ser trocado decorrente de aparecimento de insetos. A janela de um dos quartos nao estava limpa e a insonorização do quarto virado para a estrada não funciona. Restaurante com servico à carta com poucas opções (sem acompanhamentos de legumes).

Pros:

Food is amazing. Staff is super helpfull. The environment is really good and quiet.

Cons:

Opening times or the bars are usually not followed. Sometimes they would open half hour later... but this is a minor complain.

Estancia tranquila en plena naturaleza.
Pros:

La ubicación del Resort es magnífica. Alejado del ruido, en plena naturaleza. Me gustó todo el conjunto del Resort. Muchas actividades para un plan de días de descanso. La cocina de mi apartamento está bien equipada. El apartamento es bien amplio y la cama, bastante cómoda. El desayuno y la cena es bastante completa y variada con mi media pensión. El personal es muy atento y cuidado, en particular en la sala de comidas y cafetería.

Cons:

Demasiado caro. El servicio de limpieza necesita mejorar. La habitación necesita mayor grado de limpieza; en particular, menaje del hogar en la cocina sin revisar, alfombras, tapicería de sillas y sofás, y revisión de mamparas y espejo. El aseo presentaba paredes con agujeros por arreglar, dejando pasar malos olores al mismo. La cama debe ser hecha de forma más impecable para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, y no estirar únicamente las sábanas y colocar almohadas de forma nada cuidada. No consiguieron arreglar el mando de la televisión de la habitación. También insatisfecho por el cobro de las bebidas en la media pensión contratada; en particular, durante las cenas. La terraza contratada en el alojamiento realmente no es privada a la habitación, está abierta y accesible a cualquier huésped que quiera pasear por el perímetro del edificio (un engaño), lo único que no es accesible es el balcón del apartamento.
