Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。
USJで遊ぶ日はロッカーを貸していただけて
取りに行くにも鍵で開けて取れてスタッフさんの手を煩わせることもないので良いなと思いました。

Cons:

ユニバーサルシティ内のエレベーターからも行くことができましたがホテルの入り口(ロビー)がわかりづらかった

ユニバから近いですし、部屋も綺麗で大変好印象でした。
Pros:

部屋の中がかわいいかったです。
スタッフさんが丁寧に優しく対応してくださいました。
清掃も綺麗で住んでて好印象でした。
またユニバに行く際には利用させていただきたいです。
